I have a number of old disks that I'd like to check whether I still have any data on them. Doing this with a simple USB enclosure (only 1 disk) and reading with UD. This worked very well for the first drive, but struggling with the disks thereafter. UD seems not able to identify the new disk (even if the old one is no longer attached). It also increased the device number from ax to ay to az, etc. Any thoughts how to fix this? There must be some form of cache or log that I can delete? I have updated Macinabox Docker. Is it now "safe" to update to 15.7? I really like the Macinabox docker for its easy of use. I'd now need to move away to use opencore instead? What's the benefit?

Very cool setup! How do you switch between the two? How do you have MB and KB connected to two in parallel?

I must have screwed something up. When trying to access general settings, it says "Request Failed. GET /api/v1/config/host: Requested value 'Docker' was not found". Any idea? I prefer not to start from scratch as this would require me to rescan my fairly large library.

I've set up the Sabnzbd+ docker on a custom IP (192.168.1.130). Radarr and Sonarr are on Unraid IP with bridge (192.168.1.120). I have adjusted the settings in Radarr/Sonarr to point to the Sabnzbd+ IP. This used to work well, but suddenly stopped working. I have enabled "Host access to custom networks" in docker settings. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Is Turboboost 3.0 supported by now? I just upgraded to an 10980XE, which is supposted to support up to 4.6ghz with Turboboost 3.0, but I don't seem to get anything close to this.

Excellent, thanks! I got it working. Unfortunately, I had to realize though that the openvpn protocol is not stable / too slow in my geography. Can this docker be modified to run as L2TP instead? Or is there a different docker that I could use to accomplish this?

I think I got it. Couldn't I point my Apple Tv to Privoxy? Seems I just neeed to enable Socks and it just works without setting anything? I just installed the Docker. I am still on 6.8.3. How to now configure other containers to route through this one. I've read through the thread, but not sure what the answer is for my Unraid version.

Can you elaborate more than to do with socks? Do I need to sign up for it? Does my vpn provider need to support it? What to do about it?

Just found out about this, which looks excellent. Thanks for the development!!! I am currently using a VPN on my Router, but this docker may be the better solution. I have a few questions to get me started: 1) Is there a way to route traffic from my Apple TV through this docker. Someone suggested through DNS in the beginning of this thread, but I didn't see a reply. Is this somehow possible? 2) Is PIA a suggested VPN provider or just one of many options. If I were to use a different one, how to set the "VPN_PROV" field? To "custom"? Once set to custom, what else to do? 3) I saw that Socks is introduced. Does this require any service or require my VPN provider to support it? How to get a socks username and PW? 4) What benefit will I have from enabling Privoxy in addition to enabling VPN? Great container, thanks! I am facing some permission. When adding movies to the library, the files get copied to the specified library folder. Unfortunately, these copied files then have a permission issue that I cannot edit them. Any ideas?

It seems ubooquity remains the best for my purppose. I have a calibre library for ebooks and a comicrack library for comics. I have one host path pointing to comics (folder) and another pointing to books (folder). Still facing some issues: 1) Comics - once I select comics on the main GUI screen, I am getting another page where I yet again needs to select comic. Only thereafter, I get the list of comics to choose from. 2) Books - Same issue as above with "books and book". Also, it doesn't seem to yet integrate too well with Calibre. Not sure what I need to do differently to have a smoother integration. Author name seems to be taken from the artist folder (e.g., Rowling, J.K_) rather than how Calibre displays it (e.g., J.K. Rowling). Is there a way to point Ubooquity to the library? Or how else does it work to get the books properly displayed? Thanks a lot in advance!

Thanks for your quick reply. Does this mean that calibre-web can only display books that are part of the calibre library? In this case, I may be better of to stay with ubooquity? I have my ebooks in calibre, but I do have my tagged comics in a separate folder (not in the calibre, but currently served through ubooquity).

Starting ebooks as a new project 🙂 Read through this thread and also Github, but not sure whether calibre-web can do what I am looking for. I have it largely workign with Ubooquity for now, but prefer to switch to Calibre-Web as I am starting to use more and more Calibre now. So, both in one hand seems better. About my setup: /books/comics [my comic libray, not managed by calibre, all nicely tagged crf files] /books/ebooks [my ebook library, managed by calibre] I have now setup calibre-web pointing to /books as library folder. Unfortunately, I don't get too far. Once I access the web gui, I am asked to enter the library confiiguration path. I cannot select anything. Any thoughts?

No idea what's wrong. Haven't changed anything, but can no longer start Unraid. I don't get to the GUI. When connecting a screen, I am seeing the following message: Binding... vfio-pci 0000:65:00.0: vgaarb: changed VGDA decodes: olddecodes=io+mem,decodes=io+mem:owns=io+mem This seems to be my GPU, which I am passing through to a VM. Haven't changed anything in the settings though, so no idea why it doesn't boot. Any thought?

Oh wow, this is really cool!!! I've been looking for this a few months ago and didn't know it was under development and even released by now! I tried to install it, but it gives me an error. Cannot start up the docker. Will share the log later. It seems related to "binding" devices (e.g., passthrough of GPU to VM). Does this prevent the docker to run?
