It seems that files including a $ cannot be moved? For example the file below, but also many others: Error: Invalid filename path: 'data/media/movies/$5 a Day (2008)/Trailers/$5 a Day - Trailer-trailer.mkv'. Please either change the filename to valid or disable the 'Validate input filenames' option.

Didn’t know “ignore list”. This may be exactly what I’m looking for. It allows to define some folders that the moved ignores / doesn’t move?

If I can set to ignore /data/.Usenet folder, this should solve my issue. I’d like to move everything except this folder. I marked it hidden as I thought this was the easiest way to prevent it from being moved. If there’s an “exclude folder” option, this would make it even easier

What do you mean by "override"? Let me elaborate what i am trying to do: /data/.usenet [do NOT move] /data/media/movies/[moviename]/.plexmatch [move]

Yes, that's the pool drive. Shall I re-assign it and will this bring docker/vm back?

I can access the GUI over unraid connect. However, all dockers are gone and the VMs are wrong (some VMs from years ago). Can I delete the certificate via the GUI or do I need to pull out the flash drive? Is it likely to solve all these issues? Or better for me to downgrade to 7.1.0?

Just installed 7.1.1 and rebooted my server. Unfortunately, it is no longer working. After the first reboot, the server "crashed" once trying to start the array. After yet another restart (hard reset by turning off and on the server's power supply), it now says "404 not found". Any idea what to do?

I have "ignore all hidden files & folders" enabled. This works well as I have three folders that I don't want to move to the array (incl. all sub-folders and files within these three folders). Unfortunately, this also leads to ".plexmatch" files from other folders not to be moved. Any suggestion how I can either also force .plexmatch to be moved or how I can only exclude three hidden folders from being moved (but move other hidden files and folders)?

Ah... This explains my issue. In fact, it seems intended. Empty folders are not being moved / deleted. It only deletes folders that had files that were moved?

Long-time Unraid user here, but only started to use "mover" and this plugin. It seems to work well, but some empty folders remain on the cache disk. Not sure what's the pattern. I have "delete parent folder" enabled. Maybe it is the parent of the parent that still stays? Shouldn't all folders be deleted / moved?

One more question to understand how usershares work given linux limitations. Let's assume I have a folder on usershare1 and like to copy it to usershare2. WIll this follow the split-rule or stay on the disks as it is all within the array? mv /useershare1/folder /usershare2/

Attached my diagnostic log. My issue is quite simple to explain. Sonarr is set with a library in usershare /user/data/media/tv/<tvshows>. Disk7 does not have a /data/media/tv folder. However, sonarr creates /data/media/tv/<tvshows>/<season>/<episode> on disk7 although I have the /data share set to "manual". Let me know if any more detail I can provide. Yup, I will do so going forward and just fully move to usershares, which should address this. However, I still need to fix the "mess" that I have right now. In terms of duplicates, empty folders, splits, etc. Wondering whether dupeguru, unballanced, or something else will be what can help me remove the duplicates.

I have some duplicates across disks (only show up once on usershare). Detailed description of my issue below. does unbalanced allow to fix this?
