  3. Restarting didn't help. Folder is named "Yet another folder". Anything else i can try?
  4. Thanks. Today's update of the plugin fixed it.
  5. I have been successfull using two NVME disks for something around a year. Now they no longer mount. I tried to reboot Unraid, but also no success. Attached the diagnostic log. Any ideas? tower-diagnostics-20211211-0742.zip
  6. I removed the # from the folder names as this seems to have created some confusion? Attached an updated diagnostic log. tower-diagnostics-20211209-1741.zip
  7. Here we go... tower-diagnostics-20211207-2218.zip
  8. I renamed the folder to a totally different name. Unfortunately, the top level folder from the test pool device still does not show up as a user share. Shall I send a new diagnostic or anything else?
  9. Thanks. You are describing exactly what is not happening in my case. If I add a top-level folder (e.g., MOVIES), it automactically becomes a user share. This works flawless for all top-level folders on my array. However, this does not work for my pool device (device name: Test). This device has a top-level folder named "Test". However, this top-level folder is not added as user share automatically. I have sent my diagnostic log above and can also add more screenshots if helpful? If I read @itimpicorrectly, I may need to manually add it?
  10. Got it. Do I understand that array devices and poll devices work quite differently. All folders on the array are automatically added as user shares. For folders on the array, I will need to manually add them by going to "shares -> add share"?
  11. Thanks, here we go tower-diagnostics-20211205-2201.zip
  12. @trurl, any thoughts or any additional info I can provide. This issue is really bogging me.
  13. Thanks a lot. WIll look into it. Unfortunately, update to Monterrey "bricked" my VM. I tried to switch back to VNC to understand what's going on, but this also doesn't work (guest has not initiated the screen yet). I remember the latter error was easily fixable through some change in the XML (and a bug when switching back from passthrough to VNC). I couldn't find though what I had to change in the XML. Anyone remember?
  14. Here we go, pleas see screenshots below. Thanks
  15. My issue is still unsolved. No idea what I am doing wrong here (if it is my mistake rather than a bug). I add a pool device. I create a folder on the pool device (e.g., appdata, test, frank). This folder on the pool device does not show up under user shares. No matter what I do, it just does not show up under user shares in Unraid,. If I create a folder on an array disk, it always shows up.
  16. Array has been on USB for a while. It works flawless. I've seen the warnings about it, but it seems to do well in my use case. I am currently using a USB pool, but that's just for troubleshooting. The original errors were all when using a NMVE disk. So, this should not be the root cause of my issue?
  17. Thanks. I guess all of them? Most importantly would probably be appdata and system as these are set for dockers per default to use a user share?
  18. You’re right, the configurator. Should i uninstall it? I thought i used the configurator before for some of the checks you suggest above? That no longer works? Can you share a bit more how to do the steps you suggest above? don’t think i’ve ever used any of these tools. Thanks for your help!
  19. Thanks. I am running the upgrade now. Will keep you posted how it goes. I hadn't used the VM for a while. Noticed two things: 1) Facetime and iMessenger no longer work. Cannot log in. Both used to work some while ago. What can I do to get them working again? 2) Opencore suggests that I do an update. Should I do this?
  20. Any more ideas? This bug is really troubling me. Any idea how to make pool devices part of my user shares?
  21. Anyone tried to update from Big Sur to Monterrey? Anything to keep in mind? GPU passthrough still working?
  22. Sorry to follow up, but really love to get this solved. Any more insights after me deleting the cfg files and the updated diagnostic file?
