Installed latest UD plugin today and now my nvme temps are not being displayed. It was working fine up until the new version. How do I role back to the previous one?

Me too. Fresh big sur raw img, stuck on Apple logo after powering on the VM.

anyone else with a z490 board? This is my asrock phantom z490 sesnors... Would love to see motherboard and fans but no luck.

Anyone have a Z490 and has successfuly got temps, voltages and fan speeds to display? I splashed out on the MSI Z490i Unify and only coretemp is shown as a driver. That driver only shows CPU and nvme temps. I'm running 6.9b25 and latest sys temp plugin.

Also, Is it possible to see fan speed from RX 570 GPU? I use istat hwmon etc and can only see GPU temperature. All other info uch as voltage, fans etc are not there.

I keep getting 'there was an error connecting to the Apple ID server' when clicking Sign In on the Appstore. I suspect it might be because Apple doesn't recognise the VM as a real MAC? I have followed everything in the guide so I'm not sure why I can't access the Appstore. Appstore login works on other machines and High Sierra VM, only Mojave has a problem.

I tried strict node 1 (my gpu is on that node) and despite a very slow to power on VM, performance increase was neglible. I think waiting for a patched kernel will be a safer bet, I'm fresh out of ideas on how I can get close to bare metal memory performance.

Spoke too soon. After using the VM for a few hours, it became very unresponsive and sluggish to the point it hard rebooted itself, grrr. Checked UNRAID memory usage and i had none left. Back to square one.

OK, mine reports back correctly 8 4 8 16 and I didnt have to re-activate.

I changed numatune to 0-1 and i have better r/w/c memory speeds now. Latency not too bad. I'll stick with this setting for now and see how I get on. Defo will upgrade to 64GB if and when memory prices come down a bit.

OK, makes sense. However, before I made any mods to the XML or setting my BIOS to channel from auto, memory read/write/copy in Aida64 were exactly the same (half the bare metal mem perf). Adding numatune and EPYC has not impacted read/write/copy - only improve L3 chache a bit.

Understood so how do I make use of dual channel with a VM?

What did the cache look like before you created a new xml? And how does it look now? A comparison would be good so I can troubleshoot my performance issues. Thanks.

So, I added the EPYC section and numatune strict, however performance was no better. So I changed to interleave and there is an improvement in L3 bench. Still not happy with memory read/write/copy being half the bare metal performance.

Guys, need some help. Having read all of the above I'm not convinced my set up is optimal. Hardware: MSI x399 MEG Creation (Latest as of today BIOS) - TR 2950X - Hyperx 3200 32GB (2x16) BIOS: Channel enabled (from Auto) UNRAID 6.6.5 VM: W10, 12GB mem, 6 cores (12 threads) CPU I haven't made any modifications (numa, epyc) to the XML for my W10 VM and ran a Aida64 mem bench. I think the stats are poor right? I know I'm only using 12 threads but still my memory scores should be better? I see that the topic mainly relates to 2990wx but I have a 2950x. Any tips on what I need to check, change would be appreciated. UNRAID BARE METAL

Having said that, the SMART self tests dont seem to run or show any output. Download works though.

Clicked on attributes and all info is displayed correctly including the temp.
