It's very weird how my unraid has been behaving regarding the ports. For now I have left it using port 80 and I can come back to it later. Maybe something I can report as a bug to lime tech

swag right now is using 443 and unraid well, right now none. i tried switching to unused ports with no avail, is very strange. As for swag is was recommended from someone at linuxserver to do split tunneling so locally i can hit my nextcloud with the IP of the unraid

Hi, I have a use case that maybe will be nice as a feature. What If i want a docker to be saved in a separate folder ? my use case is i can't really filter an specific docker to backup to the cloud (plex)

It's weird very. I simply don't know where to look at. At this point I stopped the docker to make sure there's no conflict and what not

I did a reboot while back for other reason and ever since then the GUI decided not to work under https. I get a 404 error. I have tried changing the https port to 10443, 10444,11443. And it just won't work. I do see in the logs that it couldn't allocate the port which is quite strange as nobody is using it. Last change I did make which didn't affect anything at least from what I could tell was swap port 443 from the unraid to the swag docker container so I can have some split tunnel functionality. Now my swag docker is 443 and my unraid GUI is 10443. It was working for while

I was going to open a new thread but rather ping here. I have a drive that failed after a reboot (my pc was very dusty part of the issue, and it's resolved now). I have now a new drive and the preclear won't run. i was able to recreate the container and generate the database, i'm able to link the nextcloud to it. I'm having a weird issue with only office that doesn't want to work. i deleted the container, deleted appdata, grabbed a new one. i can reach the website but files won't open in nextcloud. i'm trying to see where the problem could be. I just restored the vm meta but nothing shows up. I'm basically restoring from scratch, do i have to reboot or something?

Wow so this worked for me. i'm sure it wasn't that way and well it probably shouldn't be. I have all my shares secured so you need a username and password to access them, besides my downloads/garbage pile. I'll send a support ticket just for research and they can take it with a grain of salt for improvement.

Hi, I keep getting a similar error in windows server 2019. For whatever reason i cannot install smbDirect meaning smb2.0 and 3.0. And this is a VM in unraid. I've been going through the nic card path and it seems this forum has other workarounds with group policy that technically i don't need because im using my laptop with windows 10 and windows 11 pro just fine?

People who might have had issues with rust desk. I couldn't connect remotely to somehwre outside the network. My solution was to create a custom dns override in pfsense to point rustdesk.mydomain.com to my local unraid server. That way outside and inside have the same names. the first time that started without the key it didn't work at all, that was my mistake. But well I'm fine with manually adding devices with key Question, after the key gets generated i assume i should edit the docker and add it in there in case i have to redo the docker or something happens, right?

I sort of figured it out i kept looking for a a web gui in the docker. And for logs well i wiped the whole docker and started from scratch and it worked this time. Also installed the client and manually added the host settings and key. It that how is supposed to work all the time?

does rustdesk has a webgui in this version? Maybe this is what is confusing me

a way to manage your server remotely without port forwarding . not high on my list. VM snapshots is a must, the plugin sort of works but it's clunky.
