Server crashes when bringing array online

Featured Replies

Start off with I updated to 6.9.2 but didn’t reboot as I got distracted by work.

Went to go watch a show on Plex and noticed it was offline. Which made me notice the server was off!

Booted it got into GUI put in my encryption key and said start! It’ll start to bring the array up then crashes in two ways.

Totally off

Or Fans ramp up and display stops

Tried reformatting USB with the my config. On 6.9.1 and 6.9.2 same results.

boot to safe mode with and without GUI has same results. :/

Attempting another USB now.

I have attempted to remove one drive at a time. To see if it is a bad drive but it did the same thing when starting the array.

I am at a lose at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Correct spelling

Pls run UEFI memtest86 to check system and memory in health. Your memory are running in 3000 MT/s high clock-rate.

Don't start array again, crash or unstable system will easy corrupt disk file system and make big trouble.

So I got to the root of the issue!

Looks like my AIO pump is dead! CPU temps just keep climbing!

Ordering a Evo212 right now!

Why were you going to the trouble of water cooling a 65-watt TDP processor? Those AIOs are built to a price and the pumps are dreadfully unreliable, especially when run 24/7. The Evo212 is a much better bet but even the supplied Wraith Stealth is decent enough.

I had it that’s why I used it. Lessons learned :)!

Yeah my buddy has a stock Amd wraith for me for free so even better!

Start monitor CPU temp by install plugin
