3V4N5
I just build my NAS with a fresh install of Unraid. When I start the parity-sync, it shows the estimated time to finish as over 600 days, I have attached my diagnostics folder. darkness-diagnostics-20210626-0704.zip Quote Link to comment

3V4N5
How can I tell if I still have a poor connection to the drive? I reseated the drive but im having the same slow times. Quote Link to comment
trurl
Which controller is that drive using? Quote Link to comment
3V4N5
Are you referring to the motherboard vs a SAS? The drive is connected to a SAS Quote Link to comment

trurl
Still having connection issues on that disk. How is it connected? Are cables squarely on the connection without any tension? Did you check both ends of the data and power connections, including splitters? Quote Link to comment
3V4N5
Yes, There isnt any tension on any of the cables. I am not sure what if could possibly be. It's just that drive right? I will try moving it to a different bay and send another support file Quote Link to comment

JorgeB
Issue is following the drive, could be a disk issue or it doesn't like the controller, also note that those controllers use a Marvell chipset and have known issues with Unraid, you can try connecting that disk to an onboard SATA port, that will confirm where the problem is. 3V4N5
I completely changed out the drives and the SATA board. But I am still having the same problem.darkness-diagnostics-20210628-1930.zip Quote Link to comment
