annoor123
I had used unassigned devices to mount a 4tb drive with 2 partitions 1 for appdata (400gb) and the other for steam library. recently, I had moved my steam library over to another drive and wanted to delete that partition so, I unmounted, and deleted the partition but now, the appdata partition will not mount and is just greyed out. the partitions were in xfs FS. ChatNoir
Hello, Any read/write operation on Unassigned Drives are not handled by Unraid itself but by the Unassigned Devices plugin. You should ask your question in the plugin support thread. Your Diagnostics file would certainly be helpful there to help you figure out what is the issue. Quote Link to comment

I am unable to create a new post there. would I just reply to that post? Quote Link to comment
ChatNoir
It's weird that you cannot post. I can't help you but probably that @dlandon can. Quote Link to comment

That is normal - you should just reply in the existing support thread. The idea is to keep posts on a particular topic grouped together. Quote Link to comment
trurl
You can go directly to the correct support thread for any of your Plugins by clicking on its Support Link on the Plugins page in your Unraid webUI. Similarly, you can go directly to the correct support thread for any of your dockers by clicking on its icon and selecting Support. Quote Link to comment
