Can't delete docker.img

Tried again to ssh. Results below

root@Galaxy:/mnt/user/system/docker# ls

docker.img

root@Galaxy:/mnt/user/system/docker# rm -r docker.img

rm: cannot remove 'docker.img': Read-only file system

root@Galaxy:/mnt/user/system/docker# 

 

How do I change FROM a read-only file system?
