Get Activation Key Onto A New USB

Long story short, i broke my USB holding my unriad license and had to rebuild my server. To get it up and running initially i used the trial tier, i now want to transfer my license over. How do i do that? I tried redeeming my key but it didn't seem to work, any tips?

Do you have a paid license now?

After the code to redeem you'd have gotten another email to download the key file, get it from there.

Yes I have the key but i haven't gotten any email.

So you have the license *.key file that was issued for the broken stick? All you need to do is copy that file into the config folder of the new stick and delete the trial.key, then the registration wizard will step you through blacklisting the old key and getting a new one to match the current stick.

same problem for me, i got that mail. 

But opening the link, will get me this error {"error":"Key Not Found"}

Three tickets won't get you a faster response than one, but make sure you got the automated email confirmation, or no ticket was created, in that case do it from the contact support form, it may not be working from the OS.
