September 8, 20241 yr Author Disk 1 is not assigned and here is the output from running xfs_repair -v /dev/md1p1
September 9, 20241 yr Community Expert Looks like disk1 is not recoverable, you can do another new config to re-enable it but will need to format it and restore its data from a backup.
September 9, 20241 yr Author Apparently seems like disk 1 is failing. I will swap with a spare drive and the try to rebuild it.

September 10, 20241 yr Author I finally got my array back online. Looks like I lost everything on disk 1. Parity did not rebuild disk 1. uss-enterprise-diagnostics-20240909-1954.zip

September 10, 20241 yr Author I am guessing that is why Plex isn't working either. I had to install the missing docker and now it isn't opening the URL. Unraid ip address:32400. Should I copy everything off and just rebuild from unRAID from scratch?
September 10, 20241 yr Community Expert Looks like disk3 is also empty, except for small amount of lost+found. Don't remember if that is expected or not. 14 hours ago, Scuba_Steve said: rebuild from unRAID from scratch? Unraid OS should be fine since it loads fresh from flash at each boot. Whatever data you have left should be OK too. Maybe just start over with docker. Maybe you lost some of appdata if some of it was on the array.
September 11, 20241 yr Author I started over with docker and it. Is not loading with IP address port 32400. Should I also run a parity check? When I started my array successfully, I seem to have lost all my system and docker on disk 1 Edited September 12, 20241 yr by Scuba_Steve
September 12, 20241 yr Community Expert Better if Docker/VM related shares (appdata, domains, system) are on a pool and not on the array. This will give better Docker/VM performance, and will allow array disks to spin down since these files are always open when Docker/VM Manager is enabled in Settings. If you did New Config and rebuilt parity, then no point in doing a parity check. And parity check won't affect your data so it can't fix any docker problems you may have. Do you have any VMs? What dockers do you run? Disable Docker and VM Manager in Settings, then post new diagnostics.
September 12, 20241 yr Author I lost all my one and only VM. Which is not a big deal. I lost all my dockers and looks like my plex db file is showing 0KB. I only ran Pi-Hole and Plex dockers. uss-enterprise-diagnostics-20240911-2049.zip
September 16, 20241 yr Author How can I clear my setup without losing my data on my disks. I want to start over clean. Thank you all for your help.
September 19, 20241 yr Author I run this command from CLI? https://raw.github.com/bergware/dynamix/master/unRAIDv6/dynamix.factory.reset.plg Should I also reflash my USB flash drive?
September 20, 20241 yr Author How long will the factory reset take for finish and will I just log back into unRAID?
September 20, 20241 yr Author Factory reset did not resolve my issue. I guess I need to do it again and not keep my assignments. I was hoping Appdata, System, and Domain shares would get rebuilt.
September 24, 20241 yr Author I wanted to say thank you to everyone that has helped me. I seem to have gotten my Plex back online. I have another question. when I try to replace a drive, it makes another drive fail. uss-enterprise-diagnostics-20240923-1922.zip

September 26, 20241 yr Community Expert If it was the first check it may be, run another one, but note that if the first was non correct, the 2nd one should find the same errors.
