What unraid /plugin versions?

My server will boot again tomorrow so I can check then to be sure.
UNRAID: 7.2.3
The plugin: the latest version that was available last week on April 5

The unraid move schedule was disabled and don't know for certain but unsure if I ever had the forced mover plugin enabled (will check)
Nothing else was changed except for upgrading the Mover Tuner plugin..
The cron was created by using crontab guru but maybe I missed something in the documentation on how to set the proper cron values.

I'll try setting it to 0 instead of SUN:
00 13 * * 0

That's a good question and I can't remember..didn't pay attention to it and after upgrading to a new version of UNRAID and the Mover Tuning Plugin, I was just notified that that schedule had now moved to the tuner plugin so don't remember how it was set up before 😄

Yes I did and it's working again thank you @Masterwishx 🫱‍🫲

With the separation of "mover" and "mover tuner". Is there any way to fully disable the built in mover, With the "move" button in the gui in multiple places, even on the same page in some views as the mover tuner, its easy to accidentally push the built in one.

Maybe be a bit OCD but i dont even want the button on the main page or the setting page to accidently push, I have a large cache drive and it really messes with me if the built in one runs.

If not wanting to go to the point of killing this executable /usr/local/sbin/mover

Thanks

Yep, I understand you but I was asked by LT to separate plugin from unraid mover, so you can only disable it.

I made separate plugin move button in plugin page with the symbol so you can't miss it...

I just wish they gave a way to disable there's entirely in the GUI.

Problem solved... no more native move now button any were....

Running UnRaid 7.2.4 and I know a while back there were some issues with the Mover Tuner plugin. Is this plugin working fine on 7.1.4 now? I'd like to check it out after reading the last few pages here. Anything to be aware of or know about in advance. I understand I must disable the default mover from running while using this plugin. Thank you.

It should work fine on any version, but maybe broken ui in old versions (had no Time/test server with old version to fix it), Becouse plugin was updated to new responsive webui from 7.2

Thanks @Masterwishx . Got it running on my Test server to see if I've got my settings configured like I want.

Yep, enable debug/log and check log files in /tmp/ca.mover.tuning

Hi,

is it possible for the plugin to also synchronize (not move) files that are listed in the exclusion text file for the "Ignore files and folders listed inside of a text file" option?

I have written a pre-mover script asking my BT clients which files are still seeding and therefore should stay on the Cache SSD (to prevent unnecessary disk spin-ups). However, I'd like to still sync them to the array for protection. I'd expect those exclusions to only prevent these files from being permanently moved/deleted from the cache or, if possible, this being a selectable option in the plugins settings.

Hello! I have recently installed this plugin and I wanted to ask if there is a way to exclude certain folders from the mover. From what I'm reading, there should be a way, as a few messages the user has pointed out to the below file.

mover_ignore.txt

However I can't find any instructions on how to set it up or where that file is, a quick search doesn't reveal anything. Also, on the help section of the plugin I can't see any indication either. Can someone point me in the right direction if this is documented anywhere?

Use find in page ctrl+f for `Ignore files`, this is in filters section
