rctneil Posted June 21, 2018 Share Posted June 21, 2018 Hey, Fix Common Problems is showing the following error: "Cache Disk free space is less than the cache floor setting". I've updated that setting to "2GB" and the minimum free space option set on each share is also "2GB". I've tried to run the Mover manually but it doesn't move anything. The cache disk is a 120Gb drive. Squid Posted June 21, 2018 Share Posted June 21, 2018 You can run mover (Main, Array Operations, Run Mover). If that doesn't fix it up, then you've possibly got misconfigured useCache settings on the shares. Barring that, post your diagnostics Quote Link to comment

I can't see anything wrong with cache setting but i'm honestly not 100% sure what I need to be looking for. I've attached my diagnostics. Squid Posted June 21, 2018 Share Posted June 21, 2018 Best guess ATM is that you've got Plex generating thumbnails, etc which really balloons its hard drive space. What's the "Compute Size" if you go to shares and click on Compute Size for the appdata share Quote Link to comment

But, I don't use Plex, so really can't say if it will delete existing thumbnails. Also, an alternative is that you've got download(s) being saved into appdata. Which in and by itself isn't an issue, and would ultimately resolve itself once the download is completed and then moved to the array. Quote Link to comment

I've been trying multiple things regarding this to try to solve the issue but my Cache drive is still full at 119Gb. Anyone have any idea how I can fix this up?
