Hi, Some time ago I moved from the "array startup passphrase" option to having a keyfile hosted on Google to autoboot. I have now gotten rid of Google and want to revert to using a passphrase each time the array starts. My GO file currently reads; #!/bin/bash # Start the Management Utility /usr/local/sbin/emhttp & wget 'https://docs.google.com/uc?export=download&id=REDACTED' -O /root/keyfile modprobe it87 force_id=0x8628 Is it as simple as deleting line four and unRaid returns to default? Hi, I have an i9-10900K with 64gb of ram in my server. I run sever dockers, mainly sabnzbd, Radarr and Sonarr, nothing taxing. Several times a day my CPU usage will be pegged like in the screenshot however I can not find what is causing it. There is nothing in the system log, all my dockers are using approximately 2% in total of the CPU and I have no VM's running. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, I currently have several terabytes of movies and TV shows in various formats and quality. I have set both Radarr and Sonarr to start upgrading to the best 4k quality where possible. What I would like to do is use an "all-in-one" app that will re-encode everything from the current 4k to the best quality whilst reducing file size. I have tried various programs over the years but quickly moved on for one reason or another. I am willing to go back and stick with one though if there is a general consensus for a particular app. For ref, I'm using Emby, my home unraid server has a i9-10900k with 64gb ram and the whole house is wired up with cat8 ethernet cabling, unfortunately however some files still buffer. I have a 3060 and a further 12tb drive arriving tomorrow and so I would like to get the ball rolling. Hopefully I've supplied enough information (I have had a drink though). Many thanks.

Hi, I currently use rsync to backup important data/photos etc to my Google Drive. I wish to move away from Google completely. I have recently tried several alternative cloud solutions and settled on Tresorit. My question is, can I link my unRaid sever to my Tresorit account in anyway other than via a VM? Many thanks.

Hi, I've decided to remove the requirement for my YubiKey when I access my instance. I have removed the YUBICO_CLIENT_ID: & YUBICO_SECRET_KEY: lines from the template and also disabled the option on the admin page. I have cleared the browser cache and even tried another browser however I keep being asked for the key. The option is also disabled in the config file.

Thanks for your help. After changing the endpoint from UK-Manchester to UK-London, the error unfortunately persisted. A quick delete of the wg0.conf file and allowing Sabnzbdvpn to regenerate it has corrected the problem though. Many thanks.

I can't find any mention on PIA's site of maintenance issues.

Hi, I have recently noticed the below error appearing in my logs, sometimes it just cycles continuously and can put the system under a heavy load; For reference I have two NVIDIA cards, a 3090 (passthrough for Windows VM) and a 760 which I want to use for Emby transcoding. The 3090 is setup with the VM no problem, however the 760 is not being detected by the NVIDIA plugin; Below is a screenshot of my system devices; Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I thought I would post here as my issue seems to be Sabnzbdvpn specific. I am utilising Wireguard to access my UNRAID remotely and can fire up all dockers and use them as if I was local, except for Sabnzbdvpn, it just times out. Sabnzbdvpn is configured the same as the other Binhex containers in that it uses a custom network so they can all talk to one another, and I'm able to access them the same as any other container, except for Sabnzbdvpn. I'm sure this is a simple error on my behalf, but if anyone can advise, it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It worked! A bios update gave me the D.T.M option. Once enabled, the machine can restart and boot into UNRAID. Many thanks for the help!

I'm glad you were able to sort the problem out on your system, unfortunately for me I do not have a D.T.M option. Even using the search feature does not bring it up. Oh well, looks like I'll keep looking.

I'm sure I read that both the bios needs to be put into non-UEFI mode (in my case CSM) as well as the UNRAID USB being altered by way of editing the "EFI" folder on the stick to "EFI-", however I am yet to try this until someone can confirm. On a side note, UNRAID will boot for me if I physically power off the machine and switch it back on, I don't need to enter the bios, which beforehand I believed I needed to do. Unfortunately however, rebooting still brings me to a blank screen and no UNRAID.

Hello all, I've upgraded my Gigabyte Z490m motherboard to an MSI Z490. Everything was working fine, however since the change whenever I reboot, I get a blank screen, no flashing cursor, no bios, nothing. If I restart and enter the bios however, make no changes and then exit and continue to boot, UNRAID starts with no issues. I have checked the bios and UEFI boot is selected (I've tried without also however makes no difference). My UNRAID usb is set to boot via UEFI. On a side note, I did have an MSI GTX 760 passed through to a VM, however as the new MB does not have any video out capability, I have moved the card to a bottom slot and will use for bios access. I have an MSI 3090 coming tomorrow and would really like to iron out this minor setback beforehand. I've looked on several pages with similar issues, however nothing seems to fix it. Would changing my UNRAID USB from UEFI to Legacy help, and if so is it a simple matter of putting "-" after EFI in the folder name on the USB? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
