  1. I mentioned in the post I had enabled reconstruct write to speed up the process. It doubles the write speed of the array by writing data immediately, but it requires all other disks to be read simultaneously for pairity. I don't keep it on as a rule, but for large transfers it's a real time saver.
  2. The main page and the move window when browsing the disc show different speeds. The main page shows the disk at 31.5MB/s, at the exact same time the Move window is showing 8MB/s. I'm transferring from Disk 2 to 5. I turned on reconstruct write and that did improve speeds on main page, but not on move page. Which is correct? apollo-diagnostics-20221222-2220.zip
  3. I had to reboot for something and the speeds seem to have returned to normal. I'll keep an eye on it and post back if the speeds drop over time. Thanks for your replies and help.
  4. Does it show multiple data points or is it just a snapshot? I'm wondering if that's a spike. Unless the UI is not displaying the correct speeds, it's a sustained 2MB/s~. I left it going nearly 24 hours and it managed less than 200GB.
  5. I want to remove my 3 smallest disks so I'm moving files from them onto the other disks in the array. The first 2 disks moved files at 18MB/s, slow but they didn't have too much on them. My third disk only has 3TB on it, but it's moving files at 2-4MB/s. To move the files I used the browse mnt option, next to the drive, on the Main page. I tried using Midnight Commander, but it was the same speeds. Is there something wrong and is there a way to speed this up? apollo-diagnostics-20221222-0913.zip
  6. I disabled and reenabled docker in the settings and it all works now. I'd still like to know though, is this a result of the cache filling?
  7. Upon trying to start dockers apps I get execution errors. I get the following errors, depending on which app I try to start: Image can not be deleted, in use by other container(s) Error code 403 Server error I was moving a bunch of stuff last night and the cache completely filled, I misjudged the amount of data, it's fine now though as the mover ran overnight. I don't know if that's relevant. apollo-diagnostics-20221215-0822.zip
  8. I have a wireguard server hosted and that's what I connect to for this. As far as I'm aware it's setup correctly, however, I still have the yellow flame icon, no direct connections. However, I don't appear to have any issues connecting to peers or them connecting to me when seeding. Does that mean it's ok or do I still have a problem?
  9. It's set to update when it detects file changes, I haven't made any changes recently and it's been working fine for a year or so. New diags attached. apollo-diagnostics-20221030-1335.zip
  10. It happened again at 1am, but there are no OOM entries in the log this time.
  11. Is there a way to diagnose exactly what is causing the OOM so I can fix it? Obviously I'd like a software based solution, but if I need to buy more RAM, then that's fine too. I'm just not sure where to start.
  12. I saw that, but I'm only at 56% RAM usage. Can you still get OOM at half RAM usage? I was monitoring the Plex dashboard at the time it happened, there were no spikes or anything, system usage stayed under 60% (according to the Plex RAM usage graph).
  13. Since I upgraded to 6.11 I've been getting push notifications from one of my docker apps about it losing networking, I didn't think much of it at the time. However, today, I got notifications at the same time Plex stopped working. I logged into the server at that point and although it logged in, it was very slow in giving any details on the main page. Then a few seconds later everything was fine. The push notification time stamp is 12:00 exactly. My router (UDM) says my network is fine, so I'm inclined to believe the problem is server side. How do I go about diagnosing what the cause is? Specs: Unraid 6.11.1 i5-11400 ASRock H570 Phantom Gaming 4 Using onboard ethernet: Intel I219-V 32GB(2x16GB) DDR4 apollo-diagnostics-20221029-1222.zip
  14. Thanks for the reply. I'd rather not use a test version, so I opted to delete the databases instead. It's been a couple of hours and the data hasn't populated. All the .db files appear to have been recreated, but they're all 20.5kb or 16.4kb, except for challenges, plots and connections.
  15. Good morning. My wallets page does not appear to be updating properly. The "Updated At" column says 2022-07-02, so 10 days ago. The Wallet Details part, under connections, also says the "Last Connect" was Jul 02, so that appears to be frozen as well. The only part that is working is the Fiat Currency chart, that continues to update and is currently showing 12 Jul. I've tried stopping and starting the dockers as well as deleting my wallet db's and resyncing, they are synced but the page hasn't changed. Also, "chia wallet show" in console does indeed show up-to-date information, so it appears everything is working correctly in the background, it's just not being displayed correctly.
  16. First off, I love the new update and inclusion of further cold wallet tracking. Many thanks. On to my my question. Is there a way to get push notifications for cold wallet events?
  17. I'm an idiot. I read it three times and still missed it. I can see I was editing the files in the wrong location. Thank you.
  18. Hi, Thank you for all your work on these dockers. I've just installed the V Rising docker and I can't get the configs to take effect. Anything I put in the game or host settings config doesn't do anything. I stopped the docker, edited the configs, saved them and started the docker again. The server is working, it's just the settings aren't changing. I'm assume I'm missing something, any help would be much appreciated.
  19. Hi. I've been having a bit of issue with my connection status, it's constantly yellow, which I believe to be firewalled or port related. I'm using Wireguard, but I'm hosting the Wireguard server on a remote server I have. I'm able to transfer data, so the Wireguard connection is good, it's just not going green. I'm at a bit of a loss as where to start and was hoping you could point me in the right direction. I don't know if I need to change something in the docker config or on my Wireguard server.
  20. The share is multimedia. By directly, I mean download a file from a remote server, via an FTP client on my PC, with the multimedia share as the destination (as it's mapped as a network drive). Thank you for the warning on the drives. I am aware of those, I believe it's a result of the crappy pci card I'm using. I have an LSI SAS 9210-8i on the way.
  21. When I download a file via SFTP directly to a share mapped as a network drive in Windows, that uses the nvme cache drive, the speeds max out around 600Mbps. However, if I download the same file to my desktop, via SFTP, I get 1Gbit down just fine. If I then copy it to the same share, I get the full 1Gbit LAN speeds too. My router is a UDM, so it should be more than capable of handling 1Gbit. It's CPU usage while downloading directly to the cache is 17%. My PC has a 5900X, currently sat at 2% usage, so I don't think the bottleneck is there either. My Unraid server has an i5-11400 that isn't sweating either. If everything works over LAN, why is it suddenly slower when downloading direct to cache? apollo-diagnostics-20220120-1509.zip
  22. Oh I see, it's a cheap 2 port sata expansion card because Chia pushed the price of LSI HBAs through the roof. Perhaps I need to buy an HBA now the prices are cheaper. What are the potential problems with this? As far as I'm aware, those two drives aren't actually part of the array but mounted as unassigned devices.
  23. I'm not sure if this is relevant, but just in-case. Yesterday I had 3 power cuts, each time they told me it was fixed so I started everything up and the power went out again. This morning I've started the server back up and I'm running a parity check as that was 3 unclean shutdowns. The parity check appears to have already found 1 error after a few minutes. I was looking through the syslog and I noticed a bunch of errors and I'm not sure what they mean and I don't know whether they relate to my recent problems. Many thanks. apollo-diagnostics-20220115-1020.zip
  24. What's the process to replicate "chia start farmer-no-wallet"? I use a cold wallet, so I only want the fullnode and the harvester.
  25. I've been troubleshooting a problem for months. Essentially, on my Ubiquiti UDM it would, at random, disconnect all LAN clients and I would have to login via a WiFi client to restart in order to reconnect the LAN clients. For troubleshooting purposes, I have since moved back to my ISP router (it was in modem mode). The problem is still occurring. As best I can tell, it started around the same time I created some VMs and stops occurring if I disconnect the Unraid server. I have 3 Window 10 VMs and one Ubuntu server VM. They're all using default settings, br0 and virtio-net etc. I'm at a total loss as to how to go about solving this and would welcome any ideas anyone has.
