  1. dopeytree's post in qxl_send_events: spice-server bug: guest stopped, ignoring was marked as the answer
For me this 'bug' seems to be irelivent. The actual problem was apple's safari now doesn't work with NoVnC - whereas chrome loads up fine..
  2. dopeytree's post in Is there a way to make WOL work for 2nd NIC (eth1) was marked as the answer
Ok has a look at the GO file and I needed to add a duplicate line but for eth1.

    ethtool -s eth1 wol g

This way I should now be able to swap the NICs round so eth0 is the 10G & eth1 is 2.5G with WOL working.

Would be good to know what happens if I choose bonded backup how WOL works.
My guess is it won't work as the backup NIC only becomes active if eth0 fails?

  3. dopeytree's post in Server thinks the UPS is on battery (it's not) was marked as the answer
Ok eventually the PSU died after I heard it make an old electrical noise. Now guess that would explain the sudden resets as it was slowly dying.
Anyway got a replacement 1u flex 400w PSU by brand Enhance this time its a gold 80 so will be more effect than the previous one which was 600w but no standard & I expect it was actually a cheap knockoff as has lasted about 9months.

Preliminary UPS stats show an idle of around 70w wheres old PSU was 100w.

In case it's useful in the future this company sell the PSU with silent fan pre installed in the UK - https://www.overtek.co.uk/collections/frontpage/products/400w-flex-atx-80plus-gold-power-supply-enhance-enp7140

  5. dopeytree's post in Getting an occasional pause then it starts an array check. was marked as the answer
New UPS arrived and that seems to have solved the random reboots.
Server has been a whole 24hours without a reboot. Yippee.
  6. dopeytree's post in guest has not initialised the display (yet) - Shows when VNC'ing any new linux VM was marked as the answer
Solution is reboot the unraid machine.
  7. dopeytree's post in Array & cache is all blank / not loading but share's still work... was marked as the answer
Thanks for your speedy help - yes looks like a problem with Nord's threat protection and the self certifying SSL certificate.
Have turned Nord's threat protection to LITE so only works when connected to a nord VPN rather than the blanket catch all.
  8. Panic over after 3 reboots it finally came back...
