    Yes, as long as you are using a redundant pool, and the default is redundant (raid1). Nocow should be set to auto, if it's set to no, there won't be checksums and if a device drops and then reconnects it might result in data corruption, since btrfs has no way of knowing which device has the correct data, more info here.

    Not with that firmware, some older releases did, though only for SSDs with determinist read zeros after trim support.

    Please update to latest Unraid since it includes much newer xfs progrs and try running xfs_repair again on disk2.

    Pool is missing a device, do you know what happened to it?

    Cache device is dropping offline, try connecting it to the onboard SATA controller instead.

    Diags are showing parity2 invalid? Looks valid on the screenshot, currently you won't be able to rebuild the 2 disabled disks.

    Yep, and probably for all having these issues, also I believe that since your board has IPMI the monitor output will use the AST GPU, so connecting a monitor won't help.

    It should run OK with a single drive, make sure shares are not set to nocow.

    It's a strong possibility, test with a different PC if available.

    Yes, looks like the HBA is the problem, it wasn't being detected by Linux, you can try a different slot or PC if you have one to confirm.

    Stop array, unassign all cache devices, start array, stop array, re-assign all cache devices and start array, that should do it.

    Which is the HBA you're using? Not seeing any in the device list.

    Other than have been run too hot in the past it looks OK, lots of UDMA CRC errors so the SATA cable should be replaced, unless they are old.

    Looks like a bad drive: device Test Unit Ready [medium or hardware error (serious)]

    Check filesystem on disks 2 and 5, note that you must remove -n or nothing will be done, and if it asks for -L use it.

    Just to see if you can assign and unassign drives without losing the array config.

    Agree, lets see a SMART report for disk1.

    Parity looks healthy, and unlikely that two other drives would die at the same time, please post the diagnostics.

    Disk2 is showing some SMART issues, run a long test.

    It's not logged as a disk problem, just re-sync parity, check/replace cables if you want to rule that out.

    Problem with the HBA, then it dropped all the devices, I would recommend using the onboard SATA for the SSDs anyway, or trim won't work.

    Try blacklisting the iGPU, it works for some.
