  1. Pool is missing a device, do you know what happened to it?
  2. Cache device is dropping offline, try connecting it to the onboard SATA controller instead.
  3. Diags are showing parity2 invalid? Looks valid on the screenshot, currently you won't be able to rebuild the 2 disabled disks.
  4. Yep, and probably for all having these issues, also I believe that since your board has IPMI the monitor output will use the AST GPU, so connecting a monitor won't help.
  5. It should run OK with a single drive, make sure shares are not set to nocow.
  6. It's a strong possibility, test with a different PC if available.
  7. Yes, looks like the HBA is the problem, it wasn't being detected by Linux, you can try a different slot or PC if you have one to confirm.
  8. Stop array, unassign all cache devices, start array, stop array, re-assign all cache devices and start array, that should do it.
  9. Which is the HBA you're using? Not seeing any in the device list.
  10. Other than have been run too hot in the past it looks OK, lots of UDMA CRC errors so the SATA cable should be replaced, unless they are old.
  11. Looks like a bad drive: device Test Unit Ready [medium or hardware error (serious)]
  12. Check filesystem on disks 2 and 5, note that you must remove -n or nothing will be done, and if it asks for -L use it.
  13. Just to see if you can assign and unassign drives without losing the array config.
  14. Parity looks healthy, and unlikely that two other drives would die at the same time, please post the diagnostics.
  15. Disk2 is showing some SMART issues, run a long test.
  16. It's not logged as a disk problem, just re-sync parity, check/replace cables if you want to rule that out.
  17. Problem with the HBA, then it dropped all the devices, I would recommend using the onboard SATA for the SSDs anyway, or trim won't work.
  18. Try blacklisting the iGPU, it works for some.
  19. This is strange because it looks like only some users are seeing this, the 3 servers I've updated so far all have an AST GPU for IPMI, no monitor connected, and I don't see that error, maybe there's a way to suppress the error to avoid spamming the log, error itself looks mostly harmless.
  20. That suggest the SSD you are using is just slower, suggest getting one known to perform better, like the Samsung 870 EVO or Crucial MX500 for example.
  21. Enable turbo write and copy directly to the array, that will help test if it's a cache device problem.
  22. The rebuilt disk will have the same data you see on the emulated one.
  23. Not saying defect, I meant device related, just looks like the devices are not supported by the newer kernel, might be a device or kernel issue.
