  1. Also note that max length from controller to disks for SATA devices is 1 meter.
  2. Flash drive troubles, start by running chkdsk, if that doesn't help re-format or replace.
  3. Correct, they don't update correctly during the parity copy portion.
  4. Speeds on the GUI don't show during a parity copy, there are no more errors on the log, just check that the copy percentage changes as expected.
  5. Like expected you need to change FAN2 thresholds, you can do that with the plugin, set them to 0 / 100 / 200 for example
  6. Looks like it, check the board's system even log, it might have more info.
  7. Lots of ATA errors on Parity2, check/replace cables.
  8. Please post the diagnostics: Tools -> Diagnostics
  9. Emulated Disk8 appears to be mounting correctly, if contents look OK and there's no filesystem damaged (like a lot of lost+found stuff) rebuild on top.
  10. Syslog is just after rebooting so not much to see, you can try this.
  11. Did you check the log like I asked above? If a fan is reaching the threshold all fans will spin up, independent of settings.
  12. This error doesn't really describe the problem (it's an old bug) but it usually happens when adding devices to an array with an existing invalid device, please post the diagnostics: Tools -> Diagnostics
  13. For some time Intel has always been faster for gaming, Ryzen 3000 is close, hopefully Ryzen 4000 will be on par or even faster, while there could be further updates to FS to help with performance I won't expect to ever be great with 1st and 2dn gen Ryzen based CPUs.
  14. Yep, but if you need it zip is here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/dnld.lime-technology.com/next/unRAIDServer-6.9.0-beta25-x86_64.zip
  15. No, you can update, extract only all the bz* files from the beta zip replacing the current ones.
  16. You'll need to install the latest beta for Unraid to have a driver for your NIC.
  17. With AMD CPUs, FS2020 basically only performs well on Zen2, any Zen/Zen+ will be on the slow side, see for example here: https://www.pcgameshardware.de/Microsoft-Flight-Simulator-Spiel-15259/Specials/FS-2020-Benchmark-Test-Review-1356467/2/
  18. This usually means one (or more) of the fans is hitting the lower non recoverable threshold, check the IPMI event log with the plugin, it will tell you which one it is.
  19. Sep 26 10:02:31 BMS kernel: mpt2sas_cm0: Protocol=( Sep 26 10:02:31 BMS kernel: Initiator Sep 26 10:02:31 BMS kernel: ,Target Sep 26 10:02:31 BMS kernel: ), IT Mode = Initator-Target Mode
  20. Start the array normally, disk will likely mount, if it doesn't run xfs_repair. Never a good sign, make sure you have anything important backed up, especially since there's no parity, you can also run an extended SMART test to confirm disk is still OK.
