[Support] binhex - Preclear
My thanks to @binhex for this docker, and to @Frank1940 for the great tutorial. I was able to preclear three 10TB Seagate BarraCuda Pro's simultaneously before shucking them from their plastic prisons. Took 80 hours, no errors. (At first it was super slow, but then I realized I had two of them in USB 2 ports, gah!) I only ran one pass, good enough for me, but I understand the logic for running more. The email status updates are a slick feature. preclear_binhex.sh -f -c 1 -M 4 /dev/sdX

[Plugin] Parity Check Tuning
Hi there. Thanks for your time creating this plugin, I'm excited to try it out. My current parity checks only take about 10 hours, but I'm looking at upgrading to some bigger drives this fall, so this plugin should come in handy. Based on my settings in my screenshot, I'm expecting the parity check to start Sept 30th (last day of the month) at 10pm, then pause at 4am on Oct 1st, then resume Oct 1st at 10pm, and repeat until finished. Does that look right?

Thanks for this...I'm having (what appears to be) the same problem, so I've switched to this for the moment.

The 5X3 Cage review - Norco, SuperMicro, iStarUSA and Icy Dock
Thanks @Benson, I'll probably go with the Icy Dock MB153SP-B from that other thread you linked, looks like what I need.

The 5X3 Cage review - Norco, SuperMicro, iStarUSA and Icy Dock
Hi there. Need advice on a 5x3 cage for my Fractal Design Define XL R2 case. I like the specs and price of the Icy Dock Black Vortex MB074SP-B, but I'm pretty sure the R2's front door probably wouldn't close with it? Is there a better option for me? Thanks for any help.

[Support] binhex - DelugeVPN
Hi there, would love any tips for getting VyprVPN to work with this Docker. I've followed SpaceInvader1's YouTube tutorial, but he uses PIA. I even signed up for a month of PIA, and that works, however I don't want to pay for two VPNs if I don't have to. I've tried using VyprVPN with "STRICT_PORT_FORWARD" set to "yes" and "no", the tutorial says it should be 'yes' for PIA, but I don't know for VyprVPN. Posting my log file. I'm using a .opvn and cert file from VyprVPN. I got them from Goldenfrog. Thanks for any help. supervisordAPR1.log

[Plug-In] Community Applications
Thanks Squid, will try that. Agreed, this doesn't seem to be a CA plugin related issue, will post in General if I'm still stuck for more help. I'm at work now too, so will try this when I can. Cheers.

[Plug-In] Community Applications
Thanks Squid, diagnostics are linked below. The powerdown -r command seems stuck though, might have to hold the power button until it shuts off completely? I installed a second SSD for my cache pool about a week ago, 250GB Crucial, it's brand new drive. Maybe it's bad. Thanks for the help. https://www.dropbox.com/s/moib8ohueyavpnr/tower-diagnostics-20160418-0752.zip?dl=0

[Plug-In] Community Applications
Hi there. Having a bit of a problem with CA something this morning. I logged into the unRAID gui on my iMac. There were a few plugin updates available, so I installed those. Then it said there was an update to Community Applications (2016.04.17, I was on the previous version), so I clicked update, but it failed with an error, something about unable to read or write a directory (sorry, really should have grabbed a screenshot). And now the output on my screen (the monitor hooked up to the unRAID box) is seemingly stuck in a loop (and I can't use the GUI anymore either. And my mythtv and Plex dockers aren't responding. It's printing that error over and over, it's just flickering it's so fast. I'm still pretty new to unRAID. I could try powering it down, but that clears the logs, right? Is there a way I can still get the log files? I can still access shares. Also right before this happened I deleted an old Win7 VM that I wasn't using anymore, but that shouldn't have anything to do with this? Just trying to remember what else I did. Thanks for any help! I'm on a 6.1.9 mediabuild here.

[Solved] PERC H310 causing system not to boot
Thanks for this thread. Bought two used H310's, and as expected my system wouldn't boot with either. The tape trick fixed both, up and running now. Flashed with the Dell firmware.
