  1. Doesn't look like you have setup any of your libraries in Plex. Is this a new install or a clean (no existing appdata) reinstall?
  2. Probably should have come here instead. Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete Diagnostics zip file to your NEXT post.
  3. That looks OK, but I'm not completely clear on how you are trying to access the media share within plex. What do you mean by this? Maybe a screenshot would clear this up.
  4. Sounds like you don't have your docker volume mappings right. Post the docker run command as I explained a few posts earlier in this thread.
  5. Can you boot any other OS on the computer and get a screen that is not blank?
  6. User Shares are how Unraid allows folders to span disks. Note that each file exists completely on a single disk, but folders can span disks. Each User Share has settings that control whether and how it uses cache.
  7. Do you mean you were unable to make a backup of your flash drive when you put it in your PC? Or what do you mean? I have a feeling that your use of the word "key" and my understanding of the word "key" in this context may be different. What do you mean by a "test key"? Do you mean you tried a different flash drive? Or do you mean you tried to get a different REGISTRATION KEY for a new flash drive? Or do you mean you downloaded a new installation and put it on the same flash drive? Or what?
  8. Also, that version is officially unobtainable and unsupported, so I don't know why anyone would bring it up.
  9. Don't even try to use them with USB. It is a little unclear. Does the flash drive still work?
  10. Sounds like a hardware problem, or possibly a problem with Flash. You should be able to just boot up with the disks and the key should work with the new system. Put Flash in PC and let it checkdisk. While there make a backup. If it still doesn't work, prepare Flash as new install and copy config folder from your backup.
  11. Can't imagine this would make any difference.
  12. DO NOT FORMAT. On mobile now so haven't looked at Diagnostics. Bad connections are much more common than bad disks and since you have been mucking about in the case very likely. I will have a look later if nobody else does.
  13. Unraid is NOT RAID and it really works better if you just forget about using any RAID mode with any of its disks. The cache pool does support btrfs raid but that is software and shouldn't use any RAID controller mode. The parity array isn't really even software RAID but it has some similarities and some important differences. You need to get the controller to support individual disks, not hardware RAID. I don't know what is required for that since I have no personal experience with your hardware, but I do know other people have used those HP servers with Unraid.
  14. Best way to setup static IPs is to reserve them by MAC address in the router, then just let the computers use DHCP. Then you only have to go to one place to manage the network.
  15. In future, attach to post in the forum instead of linking an external site. According to those diagnostics, your array IS started. Post a screenshot of Main - Array Devices.
  16. Are you sure your server can reach the internet?
  17. Go to Tools-Diagnostics and attach the complete Diagnostics zip file to your NEXT post.
  18. Parity doesn't backup anything, it just allows a missing disk to be calculated from parity plus the remaining disks. I've never heard of anyone having cache larger than parity, but it should be allowed since cache is not involved with parity. Are you sure that is the problem and not something else? Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete diagnostics zip file to your NEXT post.
