  1. Confused, what traffic besides web traffic would you want to route through the tunnel? Or rather what traffic would not be routed through the proxy? If I shutdown my delugevpn container I can get to the other apps webui but they can't get out to anything else
  2. Hi @SpaceInvaderOne, Just curious what the difference is between this and using privoxy method that is built into the container? I have had that setup since I watched your video back when I first setup my server. Has been running great ever since. Is there any benefit to changing to this method over privoxy or are they both similar from a performance/security standpoint and this is just a way to accomplish the same thing if the container to be routed through the vpn doesn't have a proxy setting.
  3. Ok, so what exactly do I need to do if I want to run 2 ark servers using this container. Have one up and running just fine. Setup a second and change ports and no matter what I do, I cannot see the 2nd server. Even if I look through steam both show but I am unable to add as a favorite or join the second server. I have tired everything I can think of. Second game folder, different ports, etc. logs show server is running but there is just no way for me to connect. Do I have to edit files in that instance of the container somewhere? Must be missing something simple as I have seen others noting they are running 3+ servers using this.
  4. Have had the controller up and running from years. For some reason no able to access the webui today. Logs were no help but changed from mnt/user to mnt/cache and have access again which is great. Was there some change to the container that caused this? 5. Found your post as mine did the same thing after latest update that I just applied now. I flipped the network setting in the docker config from bridge to host, saved, and back to bridge. It took a min but I was able to access the webui again. Not sure if that helps or not.
  6. Issue detailed in general support forum here. After upgrading to unraid 6.6.0 my server would periodically lose all network connectivity. Reboot would make it come back online or awhile, but then it would fail again. Diagnostics attached that were taken during the failure. Downgraded to 6.5.3 and all is working normally. Let me know what other information you need. ungeo-diagnostics-20180925-1829(1).zip
  7. So DNSSEC? Seems like if I enable this the docker loses the ability to resolve DNS completely. Disabling it does not resolve the issue. Only way to correct it that I have found is removing docker+image and then deleting the data folder and starting over. Is this something to just leave off anyway? Seemed like and alright thing. Been running pihole in VM with this enabled for months.
  8. Hey All, Is there anyway to see a list of changed files? I have CP PRO set to backup in the wee morning hours between 2AM and 6AM everyday. I have been checking on it lately in the evening and seeing that it has 30+GB "To Do" almost every day. I am trying to find what/where the changed files are so I can make sure I am not wasting a crazy amount of bandwidth. I have already excluded the plex transcode directory thinking that was it but no change. The other thing to note is that my total backup set size is not increasing. It is sitting at about the same number since the beginning (which is expected). Just trying to find out what files are changing to I can determine if they need to be included in the backup or not. Thanks Geoff
  9. Thanks!!! Updated to latest and all looks great!
  10. Anyone else seeing CPU usage spike with this docker running? When my server sitting idle it is normally 0-5% CPU usage. When I start this docker it sits around 30%+ all the time. It is running as expected and doing everything it should but what is it doing all the time? Backups are scheduled to run 2am-6am only. Changing cpu setting in the docker % when away, % when present seem to not change anything. I also tried the niceness setting in advance setup but didn’t see a change their either. Am I missing something? This normal for this docker? This was a fresh install/backup set so no conversion or other stuff like that.
  11. Saw this on youtube and wanted to give it a try. Ran through all the steps with ease but ran into one issue. After everything was setup running through the VPN with no DNS leaks detected rebooting the VM would break everything. Took me a while to figure it out but finally found that on reboot, the VM could not resolve the DNS of the VPN host. It's couldn't resolved any DNS for that matter. nslookups would fail. I imagine this is due to the dns leak fix that sets the dns from the vpn tunnel, but because the vpn tunnel cannot be established the dns is never set. Not sure if this was the right was to do this or not but this is what I did. sudo nano /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/base #Add the following line - mine was balnk, adjust ip for ip of your VM. nameserver 192.168.1.254 Crtl+O, Enter, Ctrl+X Then, sudo nano /etc/network/interfaces #Adjust dns--nameservers to the following - adjust ip for ip of your vm dns-nameservers 192.168.1.254 Crtl+O, Enter, Ctrl+X sudo reboot Then ifconfig to check the tunnel was up, nslookup google.com to ensure DNS was working. And finally checked PIA to show I was connected through tunnel and http://dnsleak.com/ to make sure no dns leaks were detected. Not sure why this happened or if I missed something in the tutorial or even if this is the right way to fix it but it worked for me. Maybe someone with a little more knowledge on the topic can comment on this. @gridrunner you following this thread still? Also on a side note, removing the dnsmasq package and rebooting brought everything back up but the DNS leak still persisted. Reinstalling dnsmasq would then correct the dns leak if I remember right (it's late) but then on reboot it would all quit again. I plan on adjusting the DCHP service on my pfsense box tomorrow to hand out the gateway and DNS of the VPN VM so everything connected to my network is routed through the tunnel to see how it goes. The nice thing then is everything is included in the VPN tunnel by default, but if I want to exclude a device, I just set a static ip with the gateway and DNS from my pfsense box to bypass the tunnel. That is the thought anyway. Hope this helps if anyone else tries this out and runs into the same problem. Also, it would be awesome to see something like this as a docker image. And gridrunner, keep up the amazing videos. I think I have watched most more than once!!!
