@aptalca You also know that I had to test things and do also much trail and error but I also got a lot of help from klueska on Github. One side note about that, I tried asking and getting help from you because I don't know nothing about Kernel building and all this stuff but no one ever answered or did anything to help me. I completely understand that @CHBMB is working at healthcare and doesn't have that much time in times like this... @aptalca, @CHBMB & @bass_rock Something about my Unraid-Kernel-Helper container, I know the initial plugin came from you (in terms of the Nvidia driver) but I also wanted to make the build of this some more open and needed a way to integrate DVB drivers with the Nvidia driver to my Unraid system. My work was manly inspired by you guys and I also gave it credit for that but I also want to share it with the community in general if someone want's to integrate anything other than the Nvidia or DVB drivers like now I have support for the Mellanox Firmware Tools or iSCSI... I will also keep updating my Unraid-Kernel-Helper plugin if someone wants a all in one solution and build the bz* images on their own. If you want to blame anyone about this then you have to blame me, when I read about that @limetech is going to integrate the Nvidia drivers into one of the next Unraid beta builds, I wrote a PM to @limetech and offered my help. And that's all what I have to say about that, I think Unraid is one of the best Server OS's out there in my opinion and I simply want to push it forward...

Yes already wrote plugins, just woke up and I will upload them in a few minutes to the CA App but I have to test it in the first place if everything works correctly with the new build.

Hast schon mal probiert einen monitor an der grafikkarte anzuschließen statt dem dongle? Ich muss zB für meine LibreELEC VM OVMF nehmen und für die Windows VM SeaBIOS... Mich wundert es nur das es bei dir überhaupt nicht funktioniert... Hast du das englische forum schon mal durchforstet?

Wie gesagt es muss nicht am RAM liegen, es kann auch das Motherboard oder die CPU sein (CPU eher weniger aber wie gesagt nicht auszuschließen).

Thanks @Squid! Also wie er schon schreibt, kein Hardwarefehler generell wird nur falsch gemeldet beim Start deines Systems, kannst also ignorieren.

Funktioniert natürlich auch... Nach dem Reset da du sonst keine Grafikausgabe hast, würd das aber gleich in einem Zug machen da meinstens ein BIOS Update bei den älteren Boards die ganzen Einstellungen wieder zurücksetzt... Ist Familienzeit bei mir und hab ich eigentlich immer schlecht Zeit... Glaub auch, du hast doch vorher geschrieben das die VM gar nicht mehr startet, wie siehst du das oder bekommst du einen Fehler angezeigt? Bei dem oben geannten SandyBridge System, das ich übrigens auf eine GTX 1060 3GB "upgegraded" hab, hab ich keine Probleme damit nur das starten dauert abnormal lange (ca 1 Minute - müsste es stoppen, kann auch länger sein) bis ich eine Bildschirmausgabe am Monitor/TV bekomme.

Oh sorry, yes, here is an example just edit the container and click on the button 'Add another Path, Port, Variable, Label or Device' and create it like so (and eventually change the acces mode to 'Read only', you can also type in a name if you want to):

You can add another path to the originals folder but with a subfolder, I think that should work like: Containerpath: '/photoprism/originals/user1' Hostpath: '/mnt/user/pathtouser1' then another one with Containerpath: '/photoprism/originals/user2' Hostpath: '/mnt/user/pathtouser2' You can also set it as read only so that Photoprism can't edit the files or path...

EDIT: hab mir mal dein log angesehen dieser Fehler: Oct 30 14:37:44 Yggdrasil kernel: BUG: Bad page state in process kswapd0 pfn:285a9b deutet eindeutig auf einen Hardware defekt hin aber ob es der RAM, CPU, Motherboard ist kann man nicht herauslesen. kswapd0 ist für den virtuellen Arbeitsspeicher zuständig heißt jetzt aber nicht per se das es an deinem Arbeitsspeicher liegt...

Oh now I see, I think this link will help you Click The Originals folder are just meant, more or less, to be where the Photos are finaly stored, I would strongly recommend that you first put it in your Input folder and then Photoprism will do all the work and process the images and put it then to your Originals folder, hope that makes sense to you... The above link will explain this a little bit better, but I would always recommend to first do an import.

Can you tell me which Container? Photoprism?

Photoprism: You can always set the path where you save your photo's to another directory or even mount another directory in the docker template and then save the photos there... But I recommend using MariaDB or any MySQL database instead of the builtin database if you got a big Photo/Video library.

@meggo Setz mal das BIOS komplett zurück (würd ich als erstes machen und wirkt außerdem manchmal wunder) mit dem Jumper am Motherboard - Kompletten server stromlos machen, Jumper für 30 Sekunden auf Reset setzen und dann wieder in die ursprüngliche Position setzen. Danach strom ran, dann gleich ins BIOS, die GT 710 (wenn ich mich recht erinnere) als primäre Grafikkarte setzen, danach machst du noch deine Boot Einstellungen (würde CSM bzw Legacy Boot aktivieren) sprich USB Stick als primary boot device (ohne UEFI - kann sein das du da zuerst einmal speichern musst und dann nach einem reboot nochmals im BIOS die Einstellung erst hast und aktivieren kannst) und dann anschließend Unraid booten. Evtl würd sich noch anbieten das du vorher ein BIOS Update (auf das letzte verfügbare auf der Asrock Seite) machst bevor du irgendwelche Einstellungen änderst. Das kann doch nur eine Kleinigkeit sein... EDIT: Kann mir nicht vorstellen das zwischen SandyBridge (das System von meinem Sohn) und Haswell (dein CPU) soviel Unterschied ist...

@Andreas2020 Hast du irgendwelche Fehler die du in Unraid bemerkst (Crashes, reboots, etc...)?

Im BIOS. Dort sollte auch umstellen könne welche Grafikkarte er als primäre nimt... Richtig oder falsch gibt's da nicht, ich boote immer im legacy modus und ohne UEFI.

Wie startest du Unraid im UEFI oder Legacy modus?

Das mit der Voraussetzung höre ich zum ersten mal... wer sagt das oder schreibt das? Das ist komplett optional und wenn ich mich nicht irre wird das Preclear script bzw. Plugin das in der CA App zu finden ist, empfohlen 3 mal auszuführen, Hauptsächlich um die Festplatte zu testen.

Sadly enough this game is designed without Linux in mind and I tried it several times to create a container with WINE but this game simply won't run on Linux. This is a game for Windows only. Btw, this is the wrong thread.

@dee31797 I created a PullRequest on your Github for the template for Jellyfin to successfully enable Nvidia HW transcoding, there was a variable missing. EDIT: I would also recommend to link the support link to the Unraid forums to this thread.
