I was trying to emphasise what (generally) happens in forums, exasperated when there is no search facility; I used 1st person so as not to be speaking of others; From experience with other tech-based forums, I see people ask the same questions over and over in the same threads, and in new threads, to the point where i'm just like, 'read the thread' or 'search the thread', 'read the FAQ', 'read the sticky' etc which then offends people as it looks like I don't want to help, because i'm just repeating myself over and over each time I visit. Adding a google custom search to the forum is fairly trivial and would be a really great help when looking for something specific. Most forum searches omit terms with <= 3 chars, e.g. CPU, GPU, RAM, VM, IMU, etc. which is where the forever repeated questions arise.

I started a new thread for this, but was asked to post here: Can someone explain to me what "Available options for SSH Users" is in the settings -> SSH tab? Its just a list of users and I cant work out what, if anything, I'm supposed to use it for?! I've checked the Wiki user manual, there is no section for settings -> SSH

+1 - Really need a way to search within a thread. Otherwise, I can't be arsed to read 100 pages of thread, and I'll just start a new thread or re-ask a question that has been asked before. Members can't really reply with "search the thread" when someone asks the same question 1000's of times as there is no search within thread. Please allow searching in threads.

Ahh I see, it's the 'unlocked version' - build from source? I thought this was changed to closed source because building it yourself 'unlocked' everything?

Why does the binhex Emby install think i'm a Emby Premiere supporter? I've only just installed this, and i've not paid anything to Emby....

What is 'GIDLIST' in the container template? and ehat should it be set to? Should the UID be 99 and the GID be 100 ? The defaults used on this template seem to be different to other unRAID templates.

The best approach imho is to shut off everything. Just bomb out the server. Force stop everything if required. It's an attack so I'd rather the server went offline than lose my data (all though I have a 3-2-1 backup approach). Is it possible to shut off all disks and terminate network connections to prevent a smart virus from attacking remote backup servers?

Fix common problems is telling me that this plugin is no longer compatable and needs to be uninstalled. Plugin v2018.01.09.

I've changed the flash mount point to (container) /mnt/bootdisk but it still shows /flash/. The template seems to be ignoring my mapping of data into the container. Can you just quickly try this to see if its just me, please?

I've installed this, and its running. In the web gui, when i select files to backup, i see this: / flash / / / The first folder opens t the docker, where i can select /storage/ ..., flash is the boot drive, the last 3 are empty. Why is this displayed like this? I've left the template unmodified.

Yeah, that's what I figured. I deleted the path and installed. I'm new to dockers and unRAID and didn't realise that stuff can be deleted from the templates if required.

I'm trying to work out how Sab and Sonarr/Radarr work together. From what I gather: Sonarr searches for and then sends nzb's to Sab. Sab downloads the file (or tells sonarr that it has failed). If it downloaded, Sab tells Sonarr that it's been downloaded, passing a filename back to Sonarr. Sonarr then grabs the file from the "/data" directory, and moves it to the "/media/<show>" folder that was selected when the show was first added to Sonarr. Is this correct? I'm looking through the settings in Sonarr, and I can't see where "/data" gets set in the Sonarr UI? Is it automaticly set? Configuration/config This is where sonarr will store it's configuration file, database and logs./data This path is used retrieve the downloaded files by your downloader application./media This is where sonarr will scan for media files.

Hi- what's the difference between this container and the one provided by plexinc? I'm unsure which to install.

Guys I have a question about this: I set '/source' to be '/mnt/user/' and changed this to be RO slave so I can backup anything on the server. If I need to restore, I guess I'll have to change this back to RW. But what should the '/backup' container var be set to? My backup destination is Back blaze cloud server....

Is it possible to always show all the buttons? Older youtube videos show CA will all the buttons displayed, but I cant figure out what I need to do to enable this view!
