  1. Yes, I'm hoping for that too. Thanks for sharing the technical details about FUSE, I really appreciate it. By the way, is there a more appropriate place or official channel to request this improvement regarding FUSE directly from the Unraid team? Wow, with your information about the directory /boot/config/plugins/compose.manager/projects/, I was finally able to deploy Docker Compose files using commands! So now I am trying to migrate some of my Docker Compose files from my main server to the server with Unraid. I performed some simple tests. On the exact same hardware (for the server and client) and on my local network, I copied 200 GB—a mix of small and large files (up to 8 GB)—using an SMB share, and got similar results. However, when using apps like Nextcloud and ownCloud, I can maximize my full 1 Gbps bandwidth using Ubuntu Server 26.04.1 + ZFS + Docker. On the other hand, on Unraid I noticed lower bandwidth usage.
  2. Thanks to the developer of ZFS Master. It's a really great tool! 👍 I am currently on Unraid OS 7.3.2.
  3. I have already used that option and I noticed better performance 👍. For some background, I do not use VMs. I mainly use Docker apps (Nextcloud, ownCloud, multimedia, and more apps) and storage (SMB shares). After some tests, I noticed a lack of performance when comparing Unraid + ZFS to Ubuntu Server + ZFS on the same hardware. Am I doing something wrong in the Unraid configuration? I tried system and appdata datasets on a mirror ZFS (NVMe SSDs). The data folders are in a RAIDZ1 (3 x HDDs). Those optimizations can be discussed in another topic; however, my main request is a newer and better-performing implementation on the new Unraid OS 8 platform (Fedora). Is this being considered, or is the plan to keep FUSE solution going forward? Is sticking with FUSE a deliberate design choice for Unraid, or just a limitation of the current stack that could be improved in the upcoming Unraid OS 8 on Fedora? The plugin is a great solution—thanks to the developer for it! However, I found it a bit hard and confusing to use. That might be because I'm used to managing Docker Compose via terminal commands, files, and standard structures, and in the past, I just used the native Unraid Docker tab.
  4. Hi! Unraid OS: 16 GiB DDR3 Single-bit ECC On my main server (not running Unraid): 32 GiB DDR4 non-ECC
  5. Hi there! I am very excited about this news regarding Unraid OS 8. Following this great update and distro change, is it possible to address the performance bottleneck caused by FUSE? I am a great fan of Unraid and I have one of the first Unraid Pro licences, but my main server is running Ubuntu Server, mainly because of the lack of Docker Compose (which is already on the roadmap) and the better performance with ZFS. If this FUSE issue gets resolved, I would love to migrate my main server to the new Unraid OS 8. Thank you for your amazing work!! Cheers
  6. Yeah, same here. The reboot after half an hour solved the issue. Since then I have already rebooted some times and it’s all ok. Regarding to the kernel, I usually use the “System Log” to see it’s all ok and functional. I have some kernel errors but I think it’s ok: May 13 21:36:32 Unraid kernel: ACPI: Early table checksum verification disabled May 13 21:36:32 Unraid kernel: floppy0: no floppy controllers found May 13 21:36:32 Unraid kernel: ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Could not resolve symbol [\_SB.PCI0.SAT0.PRT3._GTF.DSSP], AE_NOT_FOUND (20250807/psargs-332) May 13 21:36:32 Unraid kernel: ACPI Error: Aborting method \_SB.PCI0.SAT0.PRT3._GTF due to previous error (AE_NOT_FOUND) (20250807/psparse-529) May 13 21:36:32 Unraid kernel: ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Could not resolve symbol [\_SB.PCI0.SAT0.PRT3._GTF.DSSP], AE_NOT_FOUND (20250807/psargs-332) May 13 21:36:32 Unraid kernel: ACPI Error: Aborting method \_SB.PCI0.SAT0.PRT3._GTF due to previous error (AE_NOT_FOUND) (20250807/psparse-529) May 13 21:36:32 Unraid kernel: rc.S: Verifying boot/bzimage checksum ... 7. Hi. Thank you for your work. I have successfully updated to this last version.
  8. Same issue here.
  9. Hi It is possible to share the HP H220 firmware, please? I can not find it available in the internet. it is the model HBA - H220 with SAS2308_2(D1) controller
  10. Hi, Running `unraid-api restart` fixed it for me this time. However, this issue comes back time to time.
  11. Hi Jorge Thank you for your reply and help! I took a screenshot of my Main webui, with the order and identification of each disk. I used the tool "New config" from Unraid WebUI only for the array, and I preserved the Pools. This alteration was based on those tutorial https://wiki.unraid.net/Shrink_array. I removed and formated the disk2 and the parity disk. The other disks on the array were reinserted at the same order. When I started the array and pool, the issue was solved. Now the system is rebulding the parity. My data files are intact with no losses. A big thank you for your support and information about future developments for this issue.
  12. Hi, I am using unraid for some years and I am very happy since them. Today I got a pool devices error and I am afraid to loose all my important data. My array is working well. I went to this issue when i unconect one disk of my 500 GB because since I conected it from the firt time it is not shown on unassign devices. This disk never was on a poll device or on array. Maybe it is defective because it is an old disk. Before this alteration my unrai was work well, but after remove that disk and boot, this issue appeared. At the same time I inserted a lan card to an pcie x4 slot. But when i remove again the issue persists. When I reconect the problematic 500 GB disk this problem persists. This system has two LSI 9207-8i 6Gbs SAS HBA P20 (TI mode), but I think this is not an hardware problem because the array disks are working. This LSI are working fine for a long time, without any problem. The APP SSD's are conected directly to the mainboard and has the same issue, because are in a pool device. Please see my diagnostic file and the print of my Main. I didn't find a similar error and for that reason I opened this topic. If more information is needed please ask. diagnostic.txt Main.pdf
  13. Hi, Same issue here. After the last My Servers plugin update I get the Network error: Failed to fetch 1643729085320 message. I logged out on my Unraid server to try recover the conection. Now after logging in, my account logs out automatically after a few seconds. And the network error on unraid forum keep showing. Until now the plugins was working very fine without any issue. When this is will be fixed?
