  1. Having an issue for a while, but just have some time to ask for help. Log is showing a ton of these: 1-6-15 09:12:13.9|Error|DownloadedEpisodesImportService|Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /data/Done/tv/ *Ensure the path exists and the user running Sonarr has the correct permissions to access this file/folder. What have I missed?
  2. Somehow, my router, an edgerouter-x 5 port lost its configs without me backing it up. I re-added port forwarding to get Ombi, nextcloud and plex back up, but for some reason, I am not able to reach nextcloud and ombi from my LAN. I can reach the sites when not connected to my home network. What am I missing? I checked the conf files in nextcloud, etc and they are the same as when I installed using spaceinvader one's tutorial 2 years ago. Am I missing a port forwarding? when I try to get to nextcloud.XXXXXXX.org, the broswer goes to my router ip (192.168.1.1) but shows nextcloud.XXXXX.org in the address bar.
  3. I actually did search for this error and it was mentioned to rename the default and that it did not work... I am sorry I took up your time. FYI, in case anyone does a search, it does work, just delete the default file and restart.
  4. Thank you for this!!! I am not great at figuring out what i need to do on this. I did get rid of the phone region error just by adding the line to the config.php and the occ db:add was easy, but I am unsure what I need to do for the "/well-known/webfinger" and "/well-known/nodeinfo" warnings that I am getting. can someone help lay it out for me? Do I just add the above to the /nextcloud/nginx/nginx.conf file?
  5. interesting, I will reboot again but just to let you know, I live in Houston and recently, the unraid server has been rebooted multiple times due to the power outages here... UPDATE: I have rebooted multiple times due to power outages in my area and the error is still showing. For now, since my syslinux.cfg is exactly like the default, I am ignoring it, but would like to know where else this could be pulling from. I must be missing it somewhere...
  6. Thanks Squid... after sitting on the error for a bit, I gained courage to delete the lines out of /flash/syslinux/syslinux.cfg and it now looks like this, but I am still getting the error in fix common problems... sorry to be a pain, but this looks like the default config. 7. Hi all, just upgraded to 6.9.0 rc2 two days ago. I am now getting this error, and I have no idea how to fix it. Anyone have the steps that I can take to fix? Legacy PCI Stubbing found: vfio-pci.ids or xen-pciback.hide found within syslinux.cfg. For best results on Unraid 6.9+, it is recommended to remove those methods of isolating devices for use within a VM and instead utilize the options within Tools - System Devices.
  8. thank you. I have set it to 1866. For the Power supply idle control, I have it set at Auto. Should it be set to something different?
  9. yep, been there done that... I have 1st Gen Ryzen, 4 slots DDR4. In my bios, I have the DRAM Frequency set to DDR4-2133, which follows the chart on that post.
  10. I have started having some random lockups over the past month where my unraid server will just lock up. I am not knowledgeable enough to know how to lock down what I did to mess up the stable system I had in the past, or if I have some random piece of hardware starting to fail. I ran diags after this latest crash and have attached them here for some help. Obviously, the server has become entrenched in my families lives, with nextcloud, plex, etc. and when this happens, we lose all of that until I can reset. Compared to y'all, I am not anyway technical, but can follow instructions. Thanks in advance for any help that can be given. tower-diagnostics-20201126-0829.zip
  11. so, since I believe I have 1st gen Ryzen, I should go into my bios and downgrade the DDR4-3200 RAM that I have to the max that is allowed. Or, if I am leaving it at 3200, I am basically overclocking the RAM. Correct? Or, even better... dump Ryzen and go with Intel and swap motherboard and cpu out...
  12. Awesome, thank you for the help. I thought that the speed of the RAM was reflected in the number after DDR4... in my case, it is 3200. RAM has always been difficult for me, and I thought I had it worked out, but obviously, I haven't and need to read a bit more. Thanks for the schooling.
  13. thanks for the reply!!! How can you tell the difference? Did I miss something stupid or is it just an experience thing?
  14. memtest failed when all 4 sticks were put in together. If I did 2 at a time of the same exact type, it passed in each of the slots (4 slots). I must not be understanding memory when it says dd4, 3200, I thought it would be ok to purchase.
  15. in my setup, I have 4 ddr4-3200 16G sticks. 2 were bought 6 months ago, 2 were bought this last tuesday. They are both Balistix, but one of them is called Balistix Sport. I know this is not an Unraid issue any longer, but maybe, just maybe someone would be nice to school me on why I am obviously having a memory issue when I am using the same speed memory?
  16. its on my list... I just replaced RAM because I thought the same thing... after the parity check, I will run the memtest and let it go overnight.
  17. booted up in safe mode, running parity check, and I have received general protection fault: 0000 [#1] SMP NOPTI any ideas? it looks like the parity check slowed down immensely but it is still going. from syslog: Sep 9 14:57:05 Tower kernel: CPU: 6 PID: 2700 Comm: unraidd0 Tainted: P O 4.19.107-Unraid #1 Sep 9 14:57:05 Tower kernel: Call Trace: Sep 9 14:57:05 Tower kernel: CPU: 6 PID: 2700 Comm: unraidd0 Tainted: P D O 4.19.107-Unraid #1 Sep 9 14:57:05 Tower kernel: Call Trace:
  18. Thanks Squid. I will try these suggestions tonight and see if I can access the server in the morning.
  19. Hey all. I have an interesting problem that has arisen over the past 2 days. In short, when I wake up in the morning and try to login to my server, I can't. The IP of my server is 192.168.1.49. I get no response or I have got a nginx 500 internal server error. I have recently added 2-8gig sticks of RAM, and I have recently swapped letsencryt to the new repository for the SWAG update. I have also added a 1TB SSD to run my VM on an unassigned drive. When this happens, I can get to my bitwarden website, Plex seems to be running fine, but Nextcloud is down completely which leads me to think something is wrong with SWAG. The only thing I changed when I swapped out the repository was just that. Or, could it be a RAM issue where one of the sticks is misbehaving. I have 2-16Gig sticks and 2-8-Gig Sticks in my humble server. I am not sure how to get the syslogs when this is occurring since the only way to access the server is to reboot. Any help in pointing to a solution would be appreciated. tower-diagnostics-20200907-0802.zip
  20. hey all. I recently deciced to get rid of my rx580 and go with NVIDIA GPU. I am not a huge gamer, so I got a simple 1650. then I found out how much a GPU can help on Plex transcoding (and Covid 19). With only one, I was able to only do plex/folding at home, or VM. I just went and got a second one so I can run vm through one, and transcoding, etc through the other. Now, I cant start my vm. Not a huge deal, I can reinstall, but am I missing anything when I install a 2nd gpu? VM's were working fine, and transcoding was going well switching back and forth. Now, I think the transcoding is working but VM's are finiky....
  21. I don't since these files are family related, not business or hugely confidential. I believe Nextcloud has a setting to encrypt the files, and I believe you would send them exactly the same way after the encryption. But, that is just a guess since I do not do so.
  22. sorry, my choice of words was incorrect. Parity is a form of protection from drive failure. The question originally was how to back up nextcloud. I back up the nextcloud share, and all other important shares, to an offsite service in case of file corruption. Thanks for keeping the wording straight!
  23. I have a parity so I don't worry too much about the actual share since that is backed up automatically. I am not a tech guru, but I believe the config that is backed up by appdata backup, points to the share that has all of your users files. When I restored, all the files in the share were availble for the users.
