Couldnt I pull parity drive out and 1 of the array drives and put into the new system then transfer? I do have 1 brand new drive in the r710. 2 are about year old and last one is very old.

I know this asked many times but i have some questions I feel make this situation different. First im using r710 currently with per6/i. So the drive labels passed to unraid will be different which im okay with. New system is intel with LSI sata controller. I plan to move all data off cache drive before starting move. Does the parity get moved with the system or rebuild when move complete? Also I have 2 tb hardrives, all 4. I have over 2 tb free, should i transfer all data off 1 of the disk before the move? So My array is down to 2 disk(2 array,0 parity)? Top blank line is parity drive which is 2 tb.

I rebooted server and that was solved. I just need to figure out why disk2 isnt encrypting.

I'm stuck on retry unmounting disk shares. I dont have any folders open , no cli, VM's are off. dockers are off. What am I missing?

Since the name of the drives will be different. So I will need to erase the current config and try to get the drive locations right? Am i getting this at all?

Sorry. I dont 100% understand still. You saying partition could be wrong. I may just need to "mount" drive? Or you saying use both old raid controller and new one at same time?

I currently do have only 1 parity. I have 3 disk in array. 2 unassigned. I do have 2 cache drives in raid 1(mirror) 1 parity 3 array 2 unassigned total of 8 hard drives

Trying to upgrade from raid controller to sata controller AKA from per6i to h200. I have been using this server with perc6i for about a year now. So i want to be able to preserve the data if possible. As of now most if not all is backed up. At least important things are. H200 needs to go into PCIE slot not the internal storage slot from what I hear. Do i just rebuild the array with the drives? Do they have to be same order?

Either port is working. http://192.168.5.180:8095/ sits there and thinks Phone is working fine and can view camera http://192.168.5.180:10090/ says HTTP error: 404

Just installed xeoma. Logs look like everything is a go. However unable to use the GUI in chrome. Any ideas?

I have it set to 50% of ups or 10 minutes left. These notifications only send when the server shuts down? the SMTP works fine and sends email. I double checked my internet and it stays home when unplugged.

Trying to get notifications when UPS for unraid goes onto battery backup. The internet/router/switch ETC is all battery backup as well. i did a simulated test and internet stayed home and able to connect to server still. However no notifications but other notifications show up. It does show "On Battery in the UPS settings" Here is my UPS make/model http://www.sizemyups.com/specs/1011/90000659/BR/0/

I only changed 1 thing from transcode to /transcode within plex app. So i should be good.
