6.9.1 Encrypted 'cache'/'pool' drives

Stop the array and go to the pool (cache) settings and change the file system type.

Note: when a pool consists of 2 or more devices, it will always use btrfs.

Changing to an encrypted option involves reformatting the disk(s) so you first need to copy any existing contents elsewhere.   There is not any in-place encryption of existing contents
