HDT
I am running a parity check and UNRAID randomly pauses the activity randomly. It did it a second time just now. Why would UNRAID do this? I do have PARITY CHECK TUNING set up but the schedule doesn't even start until the first week of next month. I'm doing a manual check before I swap SATA cards. It's been pausing randomly for 2 days now. Edited June 15, 2022 by HDT Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
You should ask in the parity check tuning plugin support thread, stock Unraid will never pause a check on its own. Quote Link to comment

As far as I know this only applies to scheduled checks - not manual ones. The parity Check Tuning plugin can pause manual checks as well as long as it’s settings say to do this. As was mentioned earlier a screenshot of the Parity Check Tuning settings (or posting its .cfg file from its folder on the flash) would allow for checking how the plugin has been configured.
