I use Vuze but so far have been pretty unimpressed with the speed lately and have thoughts of moving to transmission (yeah I'm a mac user) What do people use? Link to comment

Vuze is bloated as far as I am concerned. Transmission has always worked well for me. Though I rarely use torrents since moving to SABnzb and Sickbeard. Link to comment

j.metts Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 I used rtorrent for years, but since switching to usenet and rarely looking for torrents, I no longer found the need to have an always running client. Now for those rare cases, I use uTorrent. Quick and easy. As for usenet, I've been with Giganews for about 5 years now. I like what I see with supernews....hmmmm. Now its got me thinking, "How loyal am I to Giga?" Link to comment

I very rarely use torrents these days, everything and more is on usenet as well and faster to download, no worrying about seeds, and no worrying about letters from your ISP. Link to comment
