Ok so it's a different issue.

Pls post the output of lsusb -t

And also check System Devices and verify your PSU is listed.

Thank you!

Okay.

I updated to 6.12.0-rc6.13. For me it is working.

If you don't mind please update in case the issue is already gone with this release.

6.12.0-rc6.13 isnt showing as an update for me

Yes, because rc7 is higher 😅

I switched the branch and will apply the update to rc7 soon..

@mayberts I upgraded to rc7.. everything works like before for me.

What happens if you remove every hid? Please remove Mouse and Keyboard, then test again.

Also try unplugging the PSUs usb cable, then put it back in and try again.

Sorry this might be a silly question, but how do you remove HID device?

@mayberts try by unplugging the keyboard and mouse please.
Then check function with corsairmi via cli.

If this doesn’t help, try unplugging the PSUs usb cable, plug it back in and then try corsairmi again.

Right I see.  I don't have any mouse or keyboards connected.  I have unplugged the usb cable and plugged it back in.  I still get `unexpected device: 1b1c:1c1e`

I have tried it on a different USB header too.

could this be caused by the new HXi using USB type c?

Ah thats the new generation!

I'm afraid, that might be the reason. Let me check something..

I'm sorry I did not think about that new generation with usb-c connector. This version is actually not supported right now. I will try to add support later that day.

For testing purposes I will contact you via pn then :)

Thanks, looking forward to it :)

I don't see Corsair RMx is supported. Can someone please confirm? Thanks

Exactly, RMx series doesn’t have a communication port. So there’s no way to extract the data.

Hello,

I'm new and getting my Unraid server set up. I have an HX1000i in my build. I see it in system devices, The plug-in is installed and I selected the HXi in the setting. I see the section on my dashboard but no information populates. Can anyone tell me what I maybe missing? I feel like it's likely something stupid easy that I just over looked.

Is your PSU the newer version with the type-c connector?

Yes, the PSU end has a USB-C connector. Just to add information, it still connects to a USB 2.0 header on the motherboard side. I missed the posts above earlier.

Okay, so you will need a temporary fix until the changes are released. I will send it to you via pn in a few minutes [emoji846]

Here I used this command:

chmod +x /usr/local/bin/cpsumon/cpsumoncli

He proceeded to read the information again. When I reset the computer right after updating to version 6.12 the card came without any source information, when executing the command in Terminal everything worked again.

I use the Corsair AX1500i font.

Thank you for your great work GIGANODE.
