Spikerman Posted September 9, 2020 Share Posted September 9, 2020 (edited) A new issue started happening the past few days, mover will lock up the system and pin the cpu with max load. I show many sha256sum commands running taking up a lot of cpu, Only a reboot resolves the issues. I tried killing the mover in terminal but CPU is still pinned with sha256sum using most of it. Setup: Raid array with 2 parity 2 cache SATA SSD drives in raid 1 i7-4790 24gb ram SS of top in terminal: Any help identifying the cause would be helpful.
