I have 9207-8i and free PCIe 2.0 x8 that in real will be x4 on msi h87m-g43. So in manual of board 2 PCIe x16 slots PCIe 1 =3.0, PCIe 2=2.0. Support x16, x4/X4. So now have 9207-8i in PCIe 3.0 x16 (8 hdd connected) and video card in PCIe 2.0 that will be removed for new 9207-8i or wanted maybe RES2SV240 that I was thinking will drop speed Becouse of DMI 2.0? But also will drop Becouse of PCIe 2.0x4. Also I wonder if 9207-8i that now I have pcie3 X4 is dropped Becouse video card? Or if I will add another card 9207-8i or RES2SV240?

If I understand right dmi 2.0 will drop down speed to 2000MB/s for 9207-8i?
