  1. Hello, I am trying to connect radarr to prowlarr for syncing indexers. However I keep getting issues when testing the connection. Unable to complete application test, cannot connect to Radarr. HTTP request failed: [404:NotFound] [GET] at [http://<server_ip>:7878/radarr/api/v3/indexer/test] Note: <server_ip> is the ip address of my server but has been removed for this post. I have entered the api key from radarr. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if and what logs are needed. Thank You
  2. Thank you, I have now changed the setting that you mentioned. Is it ok if I ask why this would make much difference? While I test out this change, I have worked out how to run the syslog server so if any issues show up I will have some proper logs to post
  3. Hi all, my UNRAID server keeps crashing everyday and I have no clue why! I was able to take a picture of some sort of crash report (see image). Does anyone know what might be causing this issue? Please let me know of anything that would help to fix this issue. Thanks!
  4. I'm in Australia too. Maybe I should try tunneling. Where is the best place for it?
  5. Ever since I started working with UNRAID I've always had slow and failing downloads of the OS from the website. But updates through the server service itself is ok? Just doesn't make sense to me.
  6. Hi all, Is anyone else finding that the UNRAID OS zip file takes forever to download from the UNRAID website? It is only 321MB and it is going to take me about 4 days?! I need to replace all of my bz files since the bzfirmware checksum failed on boot. Is this the correct way to go about it? Thanks
  7. Hello, I I have an error where the docker container won't fully start. It keeps repeatedly trying to connect to OpenVPN servers. I looked in the logs and I keep seeing this error: 6:35,430 DEBG 'start-script' stdout output: 2023-06-30 14:46:35 AUTH: Received control message: AUTH_FAILED Any help would be great thanks! Edit: Issue fixed
  8. Thank you. If I just copied the data off the disk, do you think that would be a sufficient backup? Then re-format and put data back on? Thanks for your help!
  9. Hi all, I am experiencing a number of errors when using docker and some system applications. I am not sure what is causing the problem and need some help. I have attached my diagnostics. Thank You for Help! rynvis-diagnostics-20230621-1136.zip
  10. Yes, I have attached the logs. I apologise for sending them as a screenshot. I needed to remove private information (ip addresses and web addresses). Overnight the master pufferpanel instance was taken offline because the computer lost power. I am now getting 401 errors and cannot log into the pufferpanel while the remote node is connected. Before when I sent the previous message in this thread I was only getting 200 and 404 (errors) and I was able to log into pufferpanel when connected to the node. There are servers currently running on the master panel which cannot be removed. There are no servers in the /servers directory on the remote node. However, the master node still thinks that there are still servers (hence the 404 errors). Master: Client:
  11. Hey! I have a master pufferpanel node that is connected to another pufferpanel node on a remote pc. I cannot delete the servers created on the remote node from the master node. So I went into the files and deleted the servers manually. However, when I try to remove the remote node from my master node it comes back with an error that there are still servers connected to the node. Does anyone know how to remove these ghost servers? And also why when I try to delete a server on the remote node it comes back with an error? Thanks!
  12. Thank you. Hopefully Nvidia fixes the drivers. I'll have to get the shutdown thing working.
  13. I can confirm that the issue has occurred again. Here are the diagnostics just after waking up from sleep: rynvis-diagnostics-20221220-0942.zip I have also tried restarting the docker service as suggested and that did not fix the issue. I think I will have to go down the path of shutting the server down rather than sleeping.
  14. I'll try this tomorrow morning So just by updating the Nvidia drivers which are provided by the plugin would fix the issue (when Nvidia fixes the kernal issue mentioned)? Thank you, I'll try the other options first and then give this a go. I'll send a update tomorrow morning.
  15. Although I did not restart the docker service, restarting the application (Tdarr or Plex) does not fix the issue. I have tested this. I think that you are right about the plugins. I was just wondering if it was possible to restart the plugin. I am assuming that it may begin to work in future updates. If it worked in 6.10 then maybe it might work in the future (or if the nvidia plugin gets updated). I originally used sleep because I had an encrypted array and I would have to enter a passphrase if i had to shut the server down overnight. I no longer have and encrypted array so I would be able to initiate a reboot with no issues. Is there any disadvantage of rebooting compared to sleep? Is it worth having it sleep, then run a command to restart the server in the morning? Then I won't have to deal with the bios's rtc config. The server wakes up about 2 - 3h before I do to get processes back up and running so that it is all operational when I want to use it. Would this affect the diagnostics that I provide tomorrow? I.e., should I create a set of diagnostics as close to the time it wakes up or does it not matter? Before the server sleeps, the server hits an idle stage. No data is being sent over the network, no one is logged into the unraid interface, and the array become idle. Tdarr will finish its processing over 3h before sleep, and Plex will not be using the gpu when entering sleep (The server will stay active if plex is in use. If I am watching media the server will wait until I finish as to not interrupt me. This is monitored though the network activity of S3 sleep). I have attached my settings for Dynamix S3 Sleep: (custom commands are only used to wake the server at the specified time) Please let me know if you want to see the custom code.
  16. Yes those diagnostics were after a sleep. I have attached diagnostics after a server reboot. I have also confirmed that Tdarr and Plex are using hardware transcoding successfully (after the reboot). Tomorrow I will attach another set of diagnostics after S3 sleep (server sleeps overnight to save power). On another note, is there a way to reboot the Nvidia plugin without having to reboot the server? What's usually the main issue regarding Nvidia and Linux? Here is the snapshot of nvidia-smi (tasks are running on the card) rynvis-diagnostics-20221219-1651.zip
  17. Hi all, I have an issue where the Nvidia plugin no longer works after the server exits S3 sleep. I use the plugin for hardware transcoding for Tdarr and Plex. If I restart the server then it works properly until S3 sleep is activated (server sleeps and then wakes up). There was no issue when I was using UNRAID version 6.10. I am currently updated to 6.11.5. Would this be an issue on my end? If so how would I be able to fix it? Here are my diagnostics. Thank You rynvis-diagnostics-20221219-0912.zip
  18. Hi all, Does anyone know if there is a way to add a device on a network to SWAG? I'm running Home Assistant on a raspberry pi and would like to access HA remotely. Is there a YouTube video or online guide that I could follow to make this work? So far I have followed SpaceInvaderOne's video for docker containers but that only covers the UNRAID docker network. Thank You
  19. So I managed to provision a certificate. I don't know how. I had not restarted the system but at least it is now working. Thank you. In previous versions of Unraid, I was able to type in the ip address of the server and it would automatically take me to the secured address of the server. But now it only takes me to the 'unsecure' address. Is there a way to get Unraid to map this over automatically?
  20. I'm not sure if a fix has already been posted for ionetty issue to do with 1.19 but, I installed a Papermc server using the binhex-minecraftserver docker container and it is working flawlessly. So to fix the 1.19 issue, try and remove the server files that are originally downloaded with the container (minecraft-server.jar and the world files) and install the latest server files from minecraft.net (do this manually, not through the docker container configuration). Otherwise, install Papermc 1.19. It is a more lightweight and easy to use server version and it works! Plus, you can add plugins to the server. Let me know if you need any more help to install Papermc 1.19.
  21. Unfortunately nothing comes of it. I still get the same errors. I will post the diagnostics soon, but I have to find a way to get them from the server to the forums.
  22. I updated my unraid os to 6.10.3 which has caused me many issues. One that I cannot find a fix for is that I can no longer use https to connect to the unraid dashboard. When I go to provision a Ca certificate in Management Access, nothing comes of it. I looked up the logs to see the issue and I have provided a photo of them. Because of the connection issues I have to use my phone to take a picture of the local gui on a screen. https://photos.app.goo.gl/GKjkyC4FZGcEQS29A I can't seem to find a way to fix it. Not only has 6.10 messed around with my network configuration, I think it has reset my custom docker proxy networks. I am not able to restore 6.9.3 anymore as my flash got corrupted trying to revert back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
