I thoughts thats what I did when I added the path I do see it says container path and that could be the source of the error. what would I need it to be configure as?

This is likely a simple over sight on my part but I am trying to add a path to ./media/..... when I am using the Orca Slicer docker build. I have files on the unraid array I want to be able to access and work with in that environment. I don't know if I am working with Orcaslicer wrong of if this is a setting is something to do with the backend of my unraid docker confg.

Do we need to wait for binhex to update as a few of us seem to have a client/server mismatch when running the snapshot client.

Im struggling here, this worked great for quite a while and then I rebuilt all my dockers. Now all the downloads are going into the docker.img file and not into the defined directory. I am not sure how to fix this. Host Path 2 is set to my download location in the docker setup file. /mnt/user/Tower_Downloads/ My NZBGet settings are set to : MainDir: ${AppDir}/downloads DestDir: ${MainDir}/completed I hope I am missing something stupid simple, if other info is needed please let me know. I just updated UD. I'm not sure why it shows DEV1 for both drives on the main screen. When I click DEV 1 for the first drive it shows: dev2 Settings Name: Dev 2 Identification: LOGICAL_VOLUME_0014380337D7200_3600508b1001cf95ff760c0e4274362fa (sdf) Then when I click the second DEV 1 dev1 Settings Name: Dev 1 Identification: LOGICAL_VOLUME_0014380337D7200_3600508b1001c9d70bb2587130140cdbf (sdh) I have unmounted, remounted, formatted, etc the 250GB drive a few times, I've removed it and attached it to a Linux box and confirmed it works. I searched this thread a bit but its quite deep. I have a HP server box using a raid controller unfortunately. I have a 4 disk array with its 1 parity drive and 2 SSD's I use 1 for VM's and I am attempting to use the other for a cache drive. In the raid controller i have each SSD setup as an individual Raid0 Confg (same as my array), but when the drives show up in UD they join themselves together and show incorrectly. I was wondering if there is a way I can get the drives to show independently just like every other drive in my system.

Makes sense. What doesn't make sense is why is it only the SSD's and all the other drives in the array work as anticipated. Thanks

Will do. The more I look at it though its Unraid/UM issue not using the whole volume ID. I agree on the raidcontroller issue but this is the only Drive in my whole setup that has this issue, both Samsung SSD's. The other 6 drives are fine.

when i look at the dev settings they have clearly different ids, is this a truncation problem with UD? LOGICAL_VOLUME_0014380337D7200_3600508b1001c9d70bb2587130140cdbf (sdh) LOGICAL_VOLUME_0014380337D7200_3600508b1001cf95ff760c0e4274362fa (sdf) so they have different serials right? Unraid is just seeing them as the same UUID? Is t hat the correct terminology?

Is there a way to change the id, they are two physically different drives.

Just did some work on this over the weekend and I recall what I did. So when I install the second SSD that I was using for a cache (primary for VM's) Unraid shows both Devices as Dev 1 and seems to lump them together. Which is a bit confusing, in the HP bios I have each drive setup as a individual raid 0 in the same manner I have my whole array setup but the two SSD's for some reason show the same UUID. Unraid shows them as sdf and sdh but the Id's are the same, is this whats causing the problem? Any thoughts?

version 6.9.2 I run a plex and/or jelly fin server and host most of my media on my smr drive array. As I start to dabble into 4k movies and sizes approaching 50GB+ I think I am achieving a bottle neck with read speeds (server not 100% dedicated to plex). I can stream 1080p files sub 5GB without much issue. I was wondering if there is a docker or application that can take the requested video file and move it to an ssd cache drive while its being accessed for read and then deleted or returned to the array for storage?

Yea for sure, I think I just have the disks mounted as individuals on the HP. As I recall it was a while ago when I set the box up there was no way to avoid the controller. Thanks for the help.

are you thinking in BIOS of the HP itself? Exploring bios was going to be my next step.

I added a SSD to function as a cache and I cannot seem to get the drive to show in any of the areas I would normally see it to either add it to my array or mount it using unassigned devices/pool cache. I had this same drive setup as a cache a few updates ago and finally got around to trying to fix it why it just disappeared. When I look at the logs it doesn't even show up. I am a but perplexed and looking for some guidance. I did remove it and test it in a ubuntu box and it shows up there without issue. tower-diagnostics-20220209-2146.zip

I'm having some trouble after installing and uninstalling this docker. My box no longer has DNS access to anything it seems, none of the VMS either. I can RDP to them all but for somereason I cannot browse any web content on the VM's in the APPS directory of UNRAID I also can't solve anything. Could this be a simple reboot?
