Host key/certificates are regularly revoked through the propagation of new Blu-ray discs. Once revoked, a drive is not able to read both new and older discs. This is usually irreversible and can only be fixed by providing a more recent Host key/certificate (for Windows users, this corresponds to updating their software player). flash the drive with the MakeMKV Firmware and this will never happen again!

point it to the location of java and restart the container. in the container, click on settings, then protection, where it says java add this: /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8-openjdk/jdk/jre/bin/java

Gloating???? Just stating that fan speed from cpu, mb is not accurate enough to keep hdds cool! i use the fanspeed plugin to control my fans, my mb is a x99 taichi, it is well supported by lm sensors

Actually you are still wrong, it is a 12 bay full size tower cpu, motherboard, and gpu are liquid cooled, running unraid and a windows 11 vm for gaming! Motherboard temps will increase your fan speeds yes, i control my fans for the hdds from my hdd temps, i control my cpu, gpu, mb water pump based on their temps.

Motherboard temp and cpu temp has absolutely nothing to do with hdd temps. So using those to keep hdds cool is just plain stupid. And since my motherboard and cpu are liquid cooled, i never break 85 drgrees

@bonienl can we get a status update on the fanspeed plugin? i feel this plugin is crucial to unraid! and it's been years since it has been addressed.

Agreed! i also think the system temp and fanspeed plugins should be part of the OS. the github issues even go unanswered! i have one open from 3/2021 with not a single reply!

LOL, i gotta say this might be the most asinine post i've ever seen! you might wanna start off with motherboard make and model, is system temps and auto fan installed? maybe a few screenshots of the plugin pages, the output from sensors detect, etc.

in bios fans should be set to 100% or full speed so auto fan can ramp them up and down 100%. if they are set to 50% in bios, the auto fan at 100% will only be 50% of the fans output
