  1. Allow UEFI boot is checked, that's all you need, then your BIOS must also be set to boot using UEFI, and secure boot must be disabled.
  2. The renames are normal, have you been losing access to the server?
  3. Yes, though that should cause a crash, not a shutdown.
  4. Start by running a single stream iperf test in both directions.
  5. 50C is perfectly normal for an NVMe device and not the same issue as the 980 has which spikes to 84C.
  6. Nothing relevant logged, and it looks more like a hardware problem, but go back to v6.10 to see if it still doesn't happen there.
  7. https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Storage_Management#Rebuilding_a_drive_onto_itself You can do both at the same time.
  8. If the emulated disk is mounting and contents look correct you can rebuild on top, ideally after checking/replacing cables, you can also re-sync parity at the same time.
  9. In my experience it often can recover 99.99%
  10. Looks more like a power/connection problem, also and since the syslog rotated cannot see the LSI firmware version, make sure it's the last one available: 20.00.07.00.
  11. Start here: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/46802-faq-for-unraid-v6/?do=findComment&comment=819173
  12. This is a good clue: -device '{"driver":"vfio-pci","host":"0000:09:00.0","id":"hostdev2","bus":"pci.0","addr":"0x8"}' \ The SATA controller is being passed through to the Windows 11 VM, so when it's started Unraid will lose all the disks connected there, edit the VM and remove that device.
  13. No, just just an error because it has an invalid character, it was create by you or more likely some container.
  14. Try resetting LAN settings, delete/rename /boot/config/network.cfg and network-rules.cfg and reboot.
  15. If it's empty you can delete it.
  16. Try booting in safe mode to rule out plugin issues.
  17. Didn't check if disk1 was the same or replaced, if it's the same run on both.
  18. Yes, in extreme cases they can cause a write or read error, same as if a drive dropped offline due to a cable problem, but Unraid only disables a drive if there is a write error, doesn't matter what caused it.
  19. For example: https://www.datarecoveryunion.com/hard-drive-rom-chip-swapreplacement/
  20. You can just by the board, usually also need to swap a chip from the old one.
