    It's not logged as a disk problem but let the SMART test finish.

    Those fsck folders are the result of filesystem corruption on the flash drive, try reformatting it but if the issues continue after that best to replace it.

    Disk shares are below the user share, so you need to access the disk share first then the share folder, for example, instead of \\tower\share you would access \\tower\disk3 first and then folder "share" inside that.

    Yes, array won't start due to the missing disk, so you can assign it before start.

    Yep, that will start the parity sync.

    Try booting in safe mode to rule out any plugin related issues.

    The drive failed the extended SMART test, I would let it sync parity, pending sectors should go to zero when done, then run an extended SMART test, or a non correcting parity check.

    Make sure you don't have an Android device with a browser opened to the GUI, it's known to cause issues when the device is sleeping.

    Could be a power/connection problem, or a different issue or even an intermittent disk problem, keep monitoring, you can replace/swap cables/slot to rule that out if it happens again.

    SMART test passed without any error.

    Load average was very high in the first diags, also a lot of SMB related noise, if you don't have Macs disable "Enhanced macOS interoperability" on Settings -> SMB

    The diagnostics are empty, see if you can get the syslog: cp /var/log/syslog /boot/syslog.txt
