  1. You can, but plugins won't be available.
  2. You still need to rebuild it, or do a new config and re-sync parity, both will take the same time, and as long as the emulated disk is mounting and contests look correct we recommend rebuilding the disk. https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Storage_Management#Rebuilding_a_drive_onto_itself
  3. Try a snapshot from /mnt/cache/lxc/AMP to another folder or snapshot another subvolume do the snaps folder to see if they all give the same error.
  4. That looks normal, sorry, no idea what it could be, never seen a similar issue before.
  5. That's very strange, and the snaps folder doesn't need to be a snapshot, please post the output of : btrsf sub list /mnt/cache If it's very large you can attach it as a txt file.
  6. Syslog is completely spammed with smb related info, but SMART for both disks looks OK, so likely not a disk problem, check/replace cables or swap slots.
  7. Are you using ipv6? If not disable it.
  8. Stope the array, type: btrfs-select-super -s 1 /dev/sdb1 Start array, post new diags.
  9. Cache device dropped offline, check/replace cables and try again.
  10. Nothing obvious but the last syslog is empty, try rebooting and if there are still issues post new diags after array start.
  11. Everything looks good with the pools, you are still getting the cache error?
  12. It was included with the old nerdpack plugin, but not sure it's still compatible with v6.11.
  13. If the diags also don't work in the console get at least the syslog: cp /var/log/syslog /boot/syslog.txt
  14. Nothing obvious, is the performance normal after it starts, i.e., does a parity check run normally?
  15. You network is gigabit, max speed in Bytes (not bits) is around 115MB/s. Not really, it's always much slower with any filesystem/PC due to the extra metadata operations.
  16. Copying small files will always be much slower, test with large files.
  17. You cannot upgrade form xfs to btrfs directly, where did you move the cache data before updating?
  18. It's not Unraid, it's a general issue, though it Unraid in can b worse since all the devices are accessed simultaneously (if they are in the array). Each SATA port 600MB/s is split into 5 ports, so 600/5=125MB/s max per port if all used at the same time in the same multiplier, also the JMB585 is PCIe x2 (it's only x4 physically) max usable bandwidth is around 1750MB/s, so if all drives are accessed at the same time that's around 73MB/s max per device.
  19. Some weird errors, start by running the sever in safe mode to rule out any plugin issues.
  20. It was much worse before since the free space would be relative to the displayed pool size minus the used space, it's complicated to show everything correctly with btrfs and different size devices.
