  1. Enable the syslog server and post that after a crash.
  2. Don't see how that be be related, sometimes users pass-trough a controller by mistake to a VM, so when the VM starts all disks connected there are lost to Unraid, but that's not the case here.
  3. Looks like a power/connection problem, suggest replacing/swapping cables/slot to rule that out.
  4. Looks like a bad device: device Test Unit Ready [medium or hardware error (serious)]
  5. Try blacklisting the i915 driver, it's been known to cause issues for some, if that doesn't help enable the syslog server and post that after a crash.
  6. Start here, if that doesn't help or was already set correctly enable the syslog server and post that after a crash.
  7. That's inevitable if you start the array with a missing disk, in normal or maintenance mode.
  8. Still don't understand why the fs could not be fixed in the array though.
  9. OK, now you can move the data to another disk in the array (or UD), like mentioned that disk won't mount in the array because Unraid would complain of an invalid partition.
  10. That can happen if there was an existing partition.
  11. Nothing obvious in the logs, suggest blacklisting the i915 driver if you don't need it, it's been known to cause issues for some.
  12. Disk dropped offline before, this is usually a power/connection problem, check/replace cables and if the emulated disk is mounting and contents look correct you can rebuild on top.
  13. Disk looks mostly OK, if you didn't reboot since it got disabled posting the full diagnostics might give some more clues.
  14. Suggest you reset the stats and keep monitoring, more info here.
  15. Still constant ATA errors on disk3, replace cables, both SATA and power, then post new diags after array start.
  16. Some good info about that here: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/123901-plex-issues-upon-upgrade-to-6101/?do=findComment&comment=1138715
  17. Nothing obvious in the log, try booting in safe mode.
  18. Unraid can't do anything about that, it's limited by the disks speed, compare for example 8 and 16TB disks, capacity doubled but max speed went from around 225MB/s to 275MB/s for the fastest models.
  19. That's no always easy with LSI HBAs, I do prefer buying used server pulls instead of new ones from China, less likely to get a fake.
