Could you give us more details on the form of the license? Is it a text string you enter somewhere? And if you can get OpenVPN to tell us where that information is stored a solution may be possible.

No, let's be honest here, the end user needs to take some responsibility with this one. LimeTech publishes an update, user knows that they're using an Nvidia or DVB build then you got to wait till it's done until you upgrade. NAT Reflection/Hairpin NAT Nothing to do with the container. That problem is always an issue with your LAN setup.

Dunno, guess Lidarr is scanning your drives. Look for some setting that might change that in Lidarr. Not really a docker issue I suspect.
