I just run a few dockers, I won't use much VM's only for testing or a Linux VM. Only for backup and sometimes I play videos direct from the server. What CPU would you suggest to use, low Tdp, low idle power?

So maybe the problem is the low performance of the drivers that are very old. Because I want to upgrade the disks I will try that first on N36L and if it's still slow I will upgrade the system.

Single large file. Can I transfer the disks and the flash drive to another system and upgrade like that easily? I can find a system with i5-2300 CPU.

N36L isn't enough powerful for unraid? Running iperf I get gigabit speeds but disks are slow. Using the disks without unraid I can read/write 100mb/sec. zeus-diagnostics-20230521-1704.zip

I set a root password via ssh but after rebooting the password is blank again. Ho to change the root password permanently?

If someone never had a root password just log in via ssh as root without password and set a root password, that worked.

Thanks this worked for my synology share but I can't add nvidia shield share again. It doesn't load the list of shares to choose and I can't just add it empty. After latest update openvpn server no longer works. I tried to delete it and clean the image files but still I can't connect to web admin it doesn't connect at all.

Why it fails with some files due to permissions? I can't make a full 100% working backup. I can read all the files from a share or from terminal.

This docker, the Linux version of cloud berry can backup unlimited size of data? Because there are some limits I think for the widows version of cloud berry.

Using --modify-window=5 fixed my problem. There is always 1 second difference timestamp between source and target files. The remote samba share is a wdtv media player but also I have a problem with QNAP samba share.

There is a strange problem when I mount a remote samba share. When I run rsync ( rsync -avzP --delete /mnt/user/tv/ /mnt/disks/10.0.0.120_500GB-2.5/tv ) it copies every time the same files that already exist on that share. I have different rsync parameters but nothing works. I haven't encountered such a problem running rsync in general other than using unassigned devices plugin with a samba shared folder. I would appreciate if you have any ideas what I'm doing wrong.

Same ups, same problem.

1. I tried to mount the dead samba share using the plugin. 2. Web gui freezes forever. 3. I manually killed the mount process is running from the plugin. 4. Web gui works again
