hi all. just completed setting up a win10 vm and started to make some test and comparing the performance to baremetal. i have two external usb 3.2 gen 2 nvme drives. https://www.orico.me/product/nvme-m-2-ssd-enclosure-10gbps-tcm2-c3/ but when i run Crystaldiskmark test the win10 vm starts freeze up for a few sec and usb disconnect and reconnect sounds. the cursor freezes and there are sound dropouts if a play some music while the test runs. i noticed this only happened during the last two test. RND4K Q32T1 RND4K Q1T1 this two test is were the performance differs the most comparing to baremetal. are there any settings i could do to improve the performance and stabilty for these drives? plan is to use them as a steam games library. see att screenshot performance wise baremetal vs win10 vm any help would be very much appreciated

Already tried the command "unraid-api restart" without any changes. Left the server on the complete day, the error message are still there. I tried to create a completely new unraid install using the new flash drive and backup pro key, as soon as the unraid "my servers" plugin is installed and configured the error message appears. All this in gui mode.

gd day all. i am trying to get the dynamix system temp plugin to report all sensors in my unraid setup. but no matter what i do it still excludes the IT8688 sensor containing most of the important sensors. Nerdpack + perl installed Dynamix system temp plugin installed autodetects the IT87 + K10 temp driver. Hello all. i just flashed my unraid backup from an sandisk ultrafit 32gb into a samsung fit plus 32gb drive. i restored me license key into the new drive but when i am running unraid in GUI mode i got a notification on the "my servers plugin" that says My Servers Error Response not successful: Recieved status code 500. this is visible while loged in as localhost. if i create a new tab and access the server with the ip adress it is not appearing. remote access login gives an exclamation mark at the my servers notication. settings - management access everything is normal pls some assistance would be very much appreciated. diagnostics attached galactica-diagnostics-20210803-0318.zip

What is your setup? In what slot are the two gpu:s connected?

How did it go? I am looking for parts to mini itx build that can manage two gpu. Either with tb3 or with m.2 nvme adapter to pcie x16 Riser Cable. I want to be able to run windows VM but with an option to unplug the egpu when I dont need the VM anymore to save power. I want to do this without to restart the server in order for it to work again. TB3 for what I know should be hot Plug but I am not sure if the m.2 nvme pcie adapter support hot swap or if the unraid server only can detect the pcie slots durung boot sequence. Pls to hear your progress.

LSI 9208-8I IBM 46C8989 8PORTS CPU Ryzen 7 3700x I am planning to use the server as plex media server with vm gameing capabilities. This meens I require to connect a gpu somehow. Finished 4th non correcting parity sync error check with 0 errors. Will this mean that all is okay from now and I can stop investigate and rest this case. Att: diagnostics from last parity check. From here the server have been restarted tower-diagnostics-20200321-2331.zip

3rd non correcting parity check gave 1 error. So the errors are almost gone now since i replaced the sata cable. Can i do a 4th parity check before I do a memtest cause I have already made that in the past and the memory are new. tower-diagnostics-20200321-0853.zip

So I replaced the sata cable for disk 2 And run two non correcting parity checks. 1st check gave 5 errors 2nd check gave 2 errors Attached diagnosstics tower-diagnostics-20200320-1239.zip

Hi. After parity sync error check there was 330 errors found. It started about 2 months ago when errors was found and have been increased since. So far about 10 tests have been made. Have been reading through the forum threads for a solution but I would like some guidance in this matter. I have checked all sata Cables and the hot swap Bays, all secured and in position. Smart test on all drives without any errors. thank you for the tip, reason is i did not touch the Krusader settings so it was not clear at first why this happened.

Please see attached, settings config for krusader in docker. you mean i have to rename the krusader docker settings in to the exactly name of folders?

located at the root of the usb flash drive as showed in attached picture from Krusader. Blue are original folders renamed in capital letters Yellow are "new" showed, the contents are exactly the same when i open the folders.

i followed your info and this did the trick, however i found that it has been created dulpicated of the folders unraid_flashdrive unraid_shares unraid_unassigned_disk is this something i can delete and how can i do that? the original folders where named in capital letters UNRAID UNRAID_FLASHDRIVE UNASSIGNED_DEVICES pls to hear your reply
