Hoddl Posted February 25, 2021 Share Posted February 25, 2021 Ich habe heute Papermerge geupdatet nun kommt immer, nach der Anmeldung, Server Error (500) Hab Papermerge schon neugestartet und auch mal ausgemacht und dann wieder eingeschaltet, ich komme bis zum Login und dann kommt der Server Error. Da diese nicht in einem anderen Docker ist....hast Du da mit dem Thema Cache-Array oder dem papermerge Verzeichnissen und Ordnern auf den Shares mal "gespielt"? Da ich bisher nur Ordner angelegt habe werde ich einfach alles löschen und neu aufsetzen. Soll ich die Installation nach dieser Anleitung hier noch mal vorgehen oder lieber eine "normale" Installation machen? Ich frage deshalb da ich gerade ca. 300 belege Importiert habe kann aber leider nichts finden wenn ich was suche... Oder braucht es jetzt seine zeit bis der durch alle belege durch ist? Papermerge braucht natürlich eine Zeit um das ocr durchzuführen. Danach wird das Dokument nach Vorgabe verschoben. Ich teste weiter. Grüße Quote Link to comment

Grüße kannst du mir genau erklären wie du vorgehst und was du eingestellt hast?! Habe die Belege wieder raus gelöscht und bin mal über den Import Ordner gegangen und hab 4 pdfs zum testen da rein kopiert doch leider passiert mit den pdfs nix, die bleiben einfach drinnen und werden nicht weiterverarbeitet... Sedixo Posted March 1, 2021 Share Posted March 1, 2021 (edited) Hi, ich bin nach den Anleitungen hier gegangen. Ich habe Testweise mehrere Dokumente per Scanner in den Ordner gescannt. Das dauert zwar einen Moment bis alle Dokumente im Posteingang von Papermerge angezeigt werden aber das geht schon. Danach habe ich in Papermerge unter Dokumente mehrere Ordner erstellt. Wie Strom, Krankenversicherung... Unter Automatisierung dann die Tags eingerichtet. Heute hat sich allerdings etwas verändert. Heute habe ich neue Dokumente , ohne vorhandene Tags, gescannt. Trotz das ich nach den Scanns die Tags unter Automatisierung eingerichtet habe, verschiebt er die Dokumente nicht in die eingestellten Ordner. Nur neue Dokumente , nach den Tags, funktionieren ohne Probleme. Auch wenn ich die Dokumente im Posteingang mit den passenden Tags versehe, werden die nicht verschoben. Irgendwie komisch. Kennt jemand dieses Problem? Noch eine Sache, vielleicht könnt Ihr mir dabei auch helfen. Ich habe zum Test mehrseitige Scans. Diese werden nicht angezeigt. Ich sehe über den Explorer den Import Ordner das die Datei während des Scanns generiert wird, allerdings startet der Workflow von Papermerge zu schnell, der Scanner hat den Scann noch nicht beendet und die Datei verschwindet. Ich habe zumindest für mein Problem keine Lösung finden können. Wenn Ihr noch Vorschläge habt, gerne her damit. Ich teste alles um meinem Zeil näher zu kommen :-). Papermerge funktioniert zwar wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe, aber leider macht mir hier Windows 10 ein Strich durch die Rechnung. Ich habe zugriff per Windows Explorer auf die PDF aber ich erziele trotzdem keine Ergebnisse wenn ich per Windows Search suche. Hier spielt die Indizierung für Netzwerklaufwerke nicht mit. Die Windows Indizierung funktioniert wohl nur wenn ich die Scans in den Win10 Client speichere und eine OCR Software drüber laufen lasse , oder ich mir einen Windows Server mit dem Rollendienst Search und einer AD Anbindung mache. Was voll der Overkill für den Heimanwender wäre. Wenn Ihr noch ideen habt, gerne her damit. Grüße Quote Link to comment

Die Nutzung im Browser/Papermerge-Web UI ist da der Standard....das ist aber bei allen DMS so, die ich kenne. Quote Link to comment
Sedixo Posted March 13, 2021 Share Posted March 13, 2021 DMS wäre nicht so wichtig. Ich hatte auch erfolgreich Abbyy Finereader auf dem Lokalen Rechner laufen. OCR Erkennung funktioniert sehr gut dabei. Die Indizierung soweit auch i.O. Windows Explorer konnte alle Daten finden die ich darin gesucht hatte. Allerdings beschränkt sich das Ganze auf Lokale Windows Clients. Ich habe hier noch einen Rechner liegen den ich mit Win10 ausstatten und abbyy dort laufen lassen kann. Ziel ist es halt die Scans an eine Lokale Maschine zu senden und der übernimmt das OCR und stellt es im Netzwerk bereit. Da ist wieder das Problem ob dieser Autarke Windows 10 Client die Indizierung an andere Win10 Client weitergeben kann. Quote Link to comment

Dann kann auch jeder andere Cloient, die Infos finden, wenn er PDF durchsuchen und indizieren kann, solange Abby das im PDF in standardisierten Feldern ablegt. Evtl. brauchst Du zur Indizierung dann den Abby wieder auf jedem Client. Aber das was Du willst hat mit der Funktion von Papermerge nix zu tun...kann es einfach nicht. Quote Link to comment

Hoddl Posted April 3, 2021 Share Posted April 3, 2021 ich teste jetzt ecodms - ist zwar hässlich doch bisher funktioniert alles... auch wenn ich mal mehrere hundert belege verarbeiten lasse läuft es durch und bricht nicht irgendwann ab oder bleibt einfach hängen.. ich würde ja gerne zu einem schöneren System gehen doch bis jetzt hab ich noch nichts gefunden was so funktioniert...
