And never tried 6.12.9 or 10?

Remove it from there and reinstall from Apps then. Or update to 6.12.10 anyway.

Nope, haven’t tried .9 or .10.
Waiting for .10 to cook a little longer before upgrading. I’ll try reinstalling it in the meantime.

I tried deleting, reboot, then reinstalled the plugin.

I still get an error in the "Plugin File Install Errors" tab.

When you install it does an error show up in the popup window?  You can always post your diagnostics too.

And on a reboot the patch shows as not being installed in the plugins tab (don't worry about the install errors one)

Yep. I just rebooted again and the Docker Patch shows up in the Installed Plugins list.

Something seems broke with my setup. I haven't changed anything except update OS, dockers and plugins. Running 6.12.8 and all of the sudden my *arr containers are huge in the backup tar files? Example would be Sonarr - before it was 138MB and now it's over 60GB and growing. Will have to cancel.  What else can I provide to help troubleshoot?

EDIT: Actually, I just saw what's happening. It's trying to backup my downloads folder? Perhaps I was just lucky before and it was empty? How do I exclude?

EDIT 2: I think I figured it out:

Wrong thread lol
