You would have to ask on the plugin page.

I upgraded this morning, and now have lost access to the web gui. It works for about 20 minutes, then becomes unresponsive. I have sill able to access my docker containers though, but they appear to be laggy now and then, and have problems communicating with each other. I had changed my default port to 5001, but that never made a difference before.

I think i might need to downgrade later tonight to see if that resolves my issue. Anyone else experience the same?

EDIT: when i ping the unraid server from my PC i get some failures and other times it works just fine. no web gui at all though

UPDATE: Rolled back to 7.0.1 and it has been up for an hour now, with no issues. Will update if my issue returns

Have been running the release candidate builds without problem, but upgrading to the stable of 7.1.0 seems to coincide with a sudden problem with communicating with my UPS via USB upon rebooting following the upgrade. The UPS has otherwise been working fine for a long while prior, and other devices show it just fine.

I get a "Lost communication" error in the `UPS Settings` area.

Same issue. My UPS shows up and as online, but its not handling the information well I think as its saying there is 0 load on it.. which is interesting as the device itself is literally being powered from it :D

edit: After 2 days and a few connects/disconnects of powercables form the UPS, its suddenly responding again.
Now it is actually correctly showing the load  etc. -_-
No idea why, not gonna question it right now XD

Are you using NUT or UPS-Tools (APC)? I use NUT and have no problem with 7.1.0

I switched to NUT years ago because the native always had issues for me with multiple different APC UPS's.  Last UPS upgrade I was having the UPS "disconnect" and "reconnect" many times each day.  You get more information that is more reliable with NUT and it always works for me without issue.

This may be the wrong place to ask, but will we see an update to "Update Assistant" to check against 7.1 soon? It seems to still be checking against 7.0.1.

Wow, saw your rig, is a huge black hole energy wise☺️. For the UPS I would check the USB- driver or connection and also check the latest NUT SW.

I'm stuck at the "Performing Actions" screen.  I guess I'll have to try a manual upgrade.

Can you post your diagnostics.  If the manual upgrade succeeded, then post it from 7.1.0

Can we somehow enable XE driver to be able to use new arc gpu's and igpu on core ultra

Thanks.  I see that.  Need to update preclear to fix this.

I think I saw that in the release notes.  Was I mistaken?

This machine does everything.  All things considered, the power usage is ok for me.  I use less electric other places in the home.

I was saying NUT works great.  I've never had any issues with it.  I think the OP should switch to NUT.

dunno, It was working on Rc1, after that - no. My IGPu again idling

Upgraded from 7.0.1 to 7.1.0 - everything seems to be working except one of my VMs (out of 3). The one not working shows the boot menu (Fedora 41) I can choose kernel etc, but on pressing enter it just shows a "_" forever and never continues. Tried all kernels, rescue etc - same result.
Downgraded unraid to 7.0.1 - the VM booted immediately. Not sure where the issue comes from.

I've been stuck on this reboot page for some time, is there a normal reboot time? Updating from 7.0.0.

I haven't seen other reports of this yet in the thread so I'll add it in. This update breaks RHEL-based VMs so they can no longer boot up. I have a couple AlmaLinux 9.5 VMs that are completely unable to boot after updating, they just hang immediately. Not many people must run these VMs because the chatter I'm seeing is pretty minimal so far.

I see some other reports of this on reddit and here in the forum too. I do see that SimonF found a temporary workaround in there, but we need an OS patch for these soon.

Other than completely breaking those VMs, looking good!

Upgraded 7.0.1 -> 7.1.0 and I could not boot.

I figured it out, TLDR: reset BIOS settings if boot is hanging

I saved my old settings to a User Profile and created a new profile with default settings. Boot to 7.1.0 worked. I went through and enabled every setting I changed, and boot still worked. Loading the old profile breaks boot. When I switch profiles, the "save changes" diff shows no settings actually changing. It doesn't make much sense but maybe there is some hidden or corrupt setting.

Upgraded from 7.0.1 to 7.1.0 without any problems.

Hardware: B760M DS3H DDR4 / i3 14100 / 2x M2 970 Evo / 2x Sata EXOS with a couple of Docker Containers / VMs - running happily at C10 again

Yeah, using NUT myself to.
Didnt work after the upgrade to 7.1 however after 2 days of running and meanwhile a few powercables have been connected/disconnected from the UPS in the meantime, it suddenly started showing numbers again this morning.
No idea why and im not going to question it right now :D

Just upgraded and Windows 11 VM will not shutdown from doing a shutdown inside the OS, it only reboots the VM. All other VMs works normal.

i upgraded from 7.01 and it said one of my drives were the wrong and that it was smaller. Wouldnt start my array. I had to down grade to fix it.  Not sure why it did that.
