When I run installplg I get "XML Parse Error"

root@Tower:/boot/config/plugins# installplg control_panel-ikosa.plg
installing plugin: control_panel-ikosa
xml parse error

i think there is some problem with the downloaded file, you can try downloading again.

i checked again installs successfully. no xml parse error

OK now working.

Great work ikosa, found my way back to unraid again and would not want to miss the convenience that is provided with your plugin manager.

1 thing i noticed: the influencer-plugins i tried sab and sick show "check error" after having installed them.

l1U2drC.png

but i also saw that on your screenshot of the plugin in the first post, so i guess it's still wip.

  • Author

Thanks p1lot, it is good to see people like you back in the forums.

Influencer s plugins don't have a function to get the remote plugin version because of that control panel can't compare 2.5.3 with not available and you see check error.

Great job ikosa!

Your work really increases the value of the unRAID GUI

and finally helps to keep track of the scattered plugins.

Keep up the excellent work!

+1

Sometimes I forget to come back to a thread when everything is going smoothly and thank the author. Thanks!

Does this plugin work with the new web gui in 5.0 ?

thanks

Does this plugin work with the new web gui in 5.0 ?

thanks

yes it is. Tested with both new webgui, stock webgui and simple features. There are also screen shots in the first post.

  • Author

First of all thx for all the comments.

Although i test every plugin with my test environment, as you guess i dont use all of them in my actual server. Because of that I need some positive feedback about every integrated plugin to remove the "beta" tag. So if you are using control panel and you think that a plugin integration really works well with all the features, pls keep me posted about it.

  • 2 weeks later...

is there a webserver addon in this control panel?

  • Author

Do you mean integration with sf webserver plugin?

yes, now i have unraid 5.0rc16c with sf1.0.11 and i like the webserver (so i can run my own sites along with mysql and php).

i would like to make the move to unrad5.0 with use of this control panel.

but i don't know if there is also support for my own website...

  • Author

? am waiting for the updated version of sf to integrate.

Sorry if I should post this elsewhere but I have issues with some plugins managed in Control panel..

I have installed SSH, Denyhosts and Crashplan in Control panel 2.5.0 and I cant get Crashplan to start.

seems to suggest it's Installed OK but it isn't.

Looks like SSH is beign Upgraded to an earlier version, is this important?

  • Author

This is not related with control panel, you have to post to crash plan thread.

  • Author

it is been a while since the last update... a new update is ready also with snap and mp3fs support.

Unfortunately support is limited because both plugins have non standart structure.

Hey Ikosa!

Just wanted to say thank you for your plugin manager, it's working really nice :)

Had an issue on first install that the control panel would not appear in the settings page, a reinstall got rid of the issue.

By the way, plugin successfully updated to V3 all is good :)

Again, thanks for your work :)
