[PhAzE] Plugins for Unraid 5/6

Featured Replies

Are they actually changing it or was that sarcasm? :)  i still see plex pass plastered all over their website.

Sarcasm.  But it is what it really is.

I am seeing the same exact issue but with CouchPotato. However on the plugins page I am also seeing some problems...

Seems to be a problem with your dependencies. I recommend deleting the dependency repo at (the entire folder):

/mnt/cache/.PhAzE-Common

(Or /usr/local/PhAzE-Common if you don't use a cache drive)

Then reboot. That will force the dependencies to reinstall. Since your dependencies are messed, git clone won't work and that's why you aren't getting the install file downloaded.

Ok, so I did that and it did fix CouchPotato. However now Transmission is broke and won't start!

This time everything else is in the green. I see nothing of importance in that log file...Any help is appreciated!

Not sure if this helps in debugging the issue but the file Embyserver-PhAzE-3.0.5781.2-src.zip appears to be corrupt. I do not know enough about how your install scripts work to know of anything more to do (and I do not have time to trace through a 1200+ line bash file).

Ok, I got the problem fixed. I deleted my entire config for transmission, let your plugin completely reinstall everything as a fresh install. I then moved over my torrents & boom all is good now!

Im still having the same problem, i deleted the /usr/local/Phaze-common dir, and on Unraid 6.1.2 i get this as my log when i reboot

This is on a fresh install of couchpotato, i moved my old directory to a new  spot.

Couchpotato won't start if your config directory is somewhere in /usr/local because it detects tmpfs as full. Try setting it to a disk or cache drive.

*EDIT*

While i thought that fixed it..it didnt..it just made it show up in Unraid properly with the dependencies etc.

From a brand new install with none of these directories existing i get this now

Here is my Unraid screen

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2798684/couchpotato.PNG

Looking in where i store the install and Config (/mnt/user/Persistent/CouchPotato and /mnt/user/Persistent/CouchPotatoConfig) I can see that the config folder has a single .conf file and the CouchPotato directory has everything i would expect...including the CouchPotato.py file...

Another update..

After the install failed i decided to rename the new CP dir and bring back my old one..which was giving me errors about OpenSSL etc in CP.  Doing this Couchpotato is back up it shows that i am running

Python Version:2.7.10

SQLite3 Version:3.7.17

GIT Version:1.8.4

cURL Version:7.31.0

But i still get an error in Couchpotato when it goes to download something

11-22 12:16:03 DEBUG

[hpotato.core.plugins.base] Failed getting cache: Traceback (most recent call last): AttributeError: '_socketobject' object has no attribute 'set_tlsext_host_name'

Everything I can find online says that this is because Python is not up to date...so im totally confused.  So damn close to just scrapping CouchPotato and moving to DogNZB pushing NZB's to me...but i like the ease of Couchpotato for others to add stuff...

  • Author

Ok now that you have it running, stop all plugins, delete the phaze common folder on the cache drive, and reboot. Then start the plugin again

Thanks for the help, but still the same error after shutting down the array, deleting the phase common folder off my drive and restarting unraid and then the array.

Yup have the same issue with emby. Integrity test failing. Restarted my server a few days back and have lost emby ever since.

Before asking my question I wanted to say that these plugins are great. I am by no means anywhere near an expert with linux and having these plugins allows me to have the services I really want on my unraid box possible without spending hours figuring it out myself. :)

Given that this topic is currently at 175 pages I am hoping this is where we discuss questions with these plugins, if not please let me know and I'll post somewhere else.. Speaking of 175 pages, I didn't get a chance to read all of them so if this has been asked please refer me to the page with the solution. :)

OK, on to my question.. I installed the Sonarr, Headphones and Ubooquity plugins. Everything went fine and they were/are working fine. However, I restarted my Unraid box and afterwards the icons (and the group they were in) are not on the Settings page. How do I get them to show up on that page after a reboot? The services themselves are starting up and I can get to them directly, I just can't interact with them through the Settings page.

Thank you.

P.S. I am currently running on version 5.0.5.

  • Author

It should automatically show up after a reboot since the plugin is essentially reinstalling itself on a reboot. Is 5.0.5 the latest or was there a 5.0.6?

Never considered that happening. That would be very not good in my household...

There is a 5.0.6 and I updated my server to it. Still nothing on the Settings tab. I didn't realize I was over a year old in updates (if it ain't broke, don't fix) so I guess I'll need to figure out what I need to do to get up to v6. However, until that time, do you have any other suggestions on how to get the icons to appear in the Settings menu?

Of course, I just realized I never mentioned that I am using Dynamix.webGui v2.2.10. I imagine that might make a difference. :P

Thank you.

  • Author

If your using dynamix or unmenu, you can try uninstalling them. Dynamix is native in unraid 6 but with unraid 5 it can cause problems with my plugins sometimes. Also you can try reinstalling the plugin from command line.

Installplg /boot/config/plugins/Ubooquity.plg

Once one is reinstalled they should all show up.  Let me know if you use any other plugins or gui mods.

Im staying off the Plex (pass) updates, lately they have made my system inaccessible from devices that have been able to access with no problems.

No sure what plex is doing but they need to stop.

  • Author

Its a setting that secures the connection. Make sure its set to "preferred", not "mandatory", in the server settings.

Exactly. I have had nothing but issues with plex lately. That is why I wanted to try Emby.

Hey All,

Any idea on the error: 2015-11-19 01:53:14 [ERROR]    Install failed: App executable not found ?

I posted the full info a ways back, but it was missed in the conversation.

Thanks!

I've been pretty swamped lately but hoping to have some time tomorrow to look at these install issues.  Including emby.

Awesome, thanks PhAzE!

I've been pretty swamped lately but hoping to have some time tomorrow to look at these install issues.  Including emby.

It is appreciated. Like I said I started to look at the script to see what the issue could be and how I could bypass it (with emby) but lost interest. Something about working 15 hours a day programming already that causes you to hate computers. Go figure...
