I got that to but it just means it can't change directory to /root.

Did you get the help info now?

After reboot, I cannot get to the help screen. Running as either nobody or root gives the same message:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /usr/local/PhAzE-Common/usr/lib64/java/lib/amd64/libawt_xawt.so: libXext.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Except that if I run as nobody, I get an additional error: can't cd /root

Settings screen shows

Status:  Running with version 4.5.6

Dependencies:

Java version:  1.8.0_25

InfoZip Version:  6.00

Configuration:

Enable Filebot:  Yes

Install Directory: /mnt/cache/apps/filebot/server

Config Directory: /mnt/cache/apps/filebot/config

Temp directory:  unchecked

Run as user:  nobody

Very strange, I can't replicate that error. If java shows on the GUI screen then it's working. In the GUI restart the app. With file bot it just removed and recreates the shortcut file.

After that, press stop, and delete the filebot directory where your install is located, then refresh the GUI. It should say "not installed" then its install and start it again.

Phaze:

Stopped Filebot, deleted both install and config directories. Status changed to "Not Installed"  Clicked install.  Everything says it installed ok.

Status is running

Run as User:  nobody

Still getting the same error.

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /usr/local/PhAzE-Common/usr/lib64/java/lib/amd64/libawt_xawt.so: libXext.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Looks to me like maybe the Java download was corrupted. Can I make it redownload a fresh copy?

I used to use your plex plugin before moving to needo's docker.  I uninstalled the Plex plugin when I moved to docker, but could it be that the version of Java it installed is still there, and filebot installer won't overwrite it with a fresh copy?

Did you have it running previously? You can also try to move your config folder and see if it runs, in case something in your config is causing this, but that's only of you had it working previously.

I believe I did have it running before moving to v6b12.

There is a folder  on the USB drive /boot/packages that contains filebot_4.5_amd64.deb and jre-u25-linux-x64.tar.gz.  Should these be deleted?

  • Author

Yea you can delete those. My plugins don't use that folder anymore. But those wouldn't install on a reboot. Do you have an extras folder on your USB?

No Extras folder

In boot/config/plugins/Filebot there is:

Filebot-PhAzE-4.5.6-src.zip.md5

Filebot-PhAzE-Control-1.0.tar.gz

Filebot-PhAzE-Dependency-1.0_x64.tar.gz

Filebot.cfg

Doest this look right?

  • Author

Yes those look right.

For some reason, your filebot/java is trying to use a dependency that it normally doesn't require. You could try removing the APC plugin temporality to see if out is interfering (reboot after) but I suggest first to rename your config folder and let filebot make a new one from scratch just to illuminate that from being a problem.

You could install libxext but it has a bunch of smaller dependencies which will take you time to install.

Alternatively, you can install media browser or serviio which include all the needed dependencies for libxext just to see if it works with that installed.

It's so strange that I can't reproduce this error though.

Also I don't see any log files for filebot to help team it down.

  • Author

Before any of the above, try this:

On plugin GUI press stop

Delete /mnt/cache/apps/filebot/server/filebot.sh

Go to plugin GUI, press install

Press apply and then press start.

Then see if you still get the error.

PhAzE:  Followed your suggestions in your last post. Still getting the same error message. Thanks for trying to help me. I appreciate it.  I had this working on v6b5.  Since the problem cannot be reproduced it must be something unique to my system. If I figure it out, I'll report back here.

OK, like I said also, if you install mbserver or serviio (just the plugin, no need to install the app itself) it will add that library file and it's dependencies. Might help.

OK, after a micro power cut, on restart my v1 install of Serviio decided to try to update to the new 1.5.x level - borking it in the process.

No hassle I thought, I'll clear out the lot and rebuild.

However there is now only the v2 plugins, and on trying to install I can get as far as getting the plugin to appear under Settings (UNRAID v5.0.4) - but when I try to "Install" I get:

[pre]Installing Serviio ...

Failed to Download or locate Serviio install file. Aborting installation.[/pre]

and no amount of clearing out or restarting makes a blind bit of difference.

The old v1 install of Transmission continues to work fine.

Since updating mbserver to 3.0.5518.3, I can no longer access webgui of mbserver

I have restarted the unraid server as well as plugin successfully.

All my other plugins allow me to access their webgui

Unraid 6 beta 12

Saw this error in unraid log also...

Feb 11 20:46:32 Tower mono: /mnt/disk1/sbc/mb3server/MediaBrowser.Server.Mono.exe: Method not found: 'SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpListener..ctor'.

Weird one...

I'll check once my itnernet comes back up at home.

You can also still get the v1 plugins from my git:

Weird one...

Ive noticed that after an update it needs to sometimes download its local ffmpeg binary and the web gui doesnt load until thats completed.  if the ffmpeg server is getting hammered the download might take a few minutes.  Im trying it now, started it and leaving it for a while.

you can see in the mbserver log files that it doesnt load ffmpeg and almost hamgs until completed, but there are no visual bars for how far the download is.

EDIT: confirmed, leaving it started for a while the ffmpeg download will complete and the webgui starts working.  this is part of the reason why Luke ,ay be dropping ffmpeg downloads from the install and will rely on package makers to supply it instead.  my plugin already supplies it but this issue may remain until he removes it from mediabrowser.

seems the repo adress changed. ill update this tomorrow and get it all working again.

EDIT: fixed a spelling mistake in the .plg file, just update the v2 plugin and youll be good to go. :)

That looks like it's fixed it. Cheers !

Pain that the webgui is no more though, it's more work to work out where the files are to add them to the library, again.

With Media Browser plugin, I get "FFmpeg Version:NOT WORKING".

Unraid 5 or 6? Also have you tried a reboot?

I've tested it again on both unraid versions and it seems to be working fine.

v5. Tried a reboot, still the same. Is there a log somewhere?

I found the following in the system log:

...
logger: Package Mono-PhAzE-3.8_x86.txz installed.
logger:
logger:
logger: Updating export file
logger: No application config file was located or created.
logger: ^I Cleaning up temp files/folders
logger: ...Install complete!
logger: success
logger:  file :
logger: Warning: mkdir(): No such file or directory in /usr/local/sbin/installplg on line 29
logger: unable to create directory

Help?

Not sure if this helps?

ffmpeg -version                  ffmpeg: /usr/lib/libz.so.1: no version information available (required by /usr/local/PhAzE-Common/usr/lib/libavcodec.so.54)
ffmpeg: relocation error: /usr/local/PhAzE-Common/usr/lib/libavfilter.so.3: symbol sws_get_class, version LIBSWSCALE_2 not defined in file libswscale.so.2 with link time reference

I took a stab and removed the subsonic plugin (the one from the UnRAID5 Plugins page) and I no longer get "FFmpeg Version:NOT WORKING". Must have been a conflict. Mbserver looks to be working now.

Help?

That error is expected on unraid 5. Can be ignored.

The uninstall script for unraid 6 is run as anonymous but since unraid 5 doesn't have the ability to run a script as anonymous or gives that error. That part of the script is never only to run on unraid 6 when the uninstall tag is called from plugin manager.

The libz warning means nothing but the second one is probably the fault. Not sure why only your system gets that. I'll see if I can trace it later.

Anyone know why I keep on getting below error? Happen yesterday too running unRAID v6 beta12 Xen/Domain-0. I've tried sabnzbd & sickbeard same error. I used the Install Plugin tab & pasted link also downloaded plg file saved to /boot/config/plugins but same error.

Only thing I have installed is Powerdown Package 2.13, Dynamix webGui is built-in and I have a Windows 8.1 VM installed but not running.

The plugin rejected the download because it didn't pass the md5. Run the plugin install again and it should work. I added in the checks because a lot of people are getting bad downloads which are hard to identify.
