We are using your BeamNG MP container on Unraid, a while ago there was an update and now when we go to the Web UI we get a GUI rather than the BeamNG MP console, so we can tweak certain settings?

Sorry about that, forgot that some users need console access, however the newly introduced WebUI now features also a Console tab, please update the container itself:

Hope that helps (it looks even half decent on mobile :D ).

Would it be possible to update Terraria server please? its one version old and thus no longer joinable. Server = 1.4.5.6, game = 1.4.5.7

Please look in the template, you can specify the version there.

Might I suggest removing the default mapping from /mnt/cache?

In my opinion a few things need to be managed by the user and this is a thing the user needs to make sure that this path actually exists on his server, since cache is usually the default location for appdata sure, you don't need to have it but if you don't have it at least check the paths from the containers that you are deploying.

Thanks for following up.

It seems that my container is showing as up to date, and I've tried restarting the container too but that hasn't updated anything.

Edit: Ok, a Force Update has worked, thanks again for all your hard work.

No holiday at all...

However I'm not much around these days.

How long is it supposed to take to unpack and install the docker/server? It has been running for two days for me. It is still running but taking a really long time. I have attached a screenshot of where it is currently.

Thank you for the help.

It's already finished and you see the server running and that the server saves player/world data in intervals which is normal.

I am an idiot. Thank you!

What files do I need delete to reset the server and start a whole new game?

The saves directory. However you vould also stop the container, delete all files and start the container again, this will take a bit longer since it has to download the game files again but they are not too big.

Hi folks! Just trying to prepare for the Valheim 1.0 launch, and I'm a little confused on how to update the server. Is best practice just to install a fresh container at some point after the 9th? Apologies if this is already answered somewhere in the documentation.

For Valheim 1.0 I would recommend to deploy a new container or better speaking with a new path for the Game Files or delete the old ones (of course stop the container first) since the developers said that it could be possible if you've already visited a region that needs to be updated that this might fail, but this has nothing to do with the container and rather the world generation.

Sounds great, thanks very much!

Gotcha, thank you. I was also looking into your other Terraria release, the Tshock Terraria server. I can see that there is supposed to be autoupdate feature, but for the life of me, the game stays at 1.4.5.6..... maybe I did some bad configuration? Is there any prerequisite? Thank you

Valheim 1.0 is now released, but when starting the Valheim docker, the log says "Success! App '896660' already up to date." and yet the server is running on old version.

If the Valheim container doesn't want to update when restarting it do the following:

  1. Stop the container

  2. Delete the steamapps folder in your Valheim directory

  3. Start the container again

Please also do note that the developers recommended to start a new world since you could run into world generation issues.

Edit: @thymon I've hidden your comment because this is completely overkill and not necessary.

this is the first time trying to install this server and it seems not to work. the container looks like it is starting over and over. if i open the protocol in unraid the popup always shut from its self.

this it what i could save from them:
